總體而言性價比很高，房間設施齊全，空調給力，贈送飲用水，窗簾遮光性強，位於13層的無邊泳池絕對加分，游泳池小帥哥服務員也很耐心 不足之處：1/31中午12:00，在前台辦理續住手續，一個男客人直接把房卡拍在前台，説“退房！”前台服務員和我都被嚇了一跳！但是，這位能説一點中文的工作人員扔下我去追這個人，然後讓同事先給他辦理退房，就這麼讓我等着！難道沒有先來後到嗎？我用英文提出應該按照排隊順序，她同事解釋那個人是退房，退房就不需要排隊，我需要無條件為他讓路而等待？整個過程首先是粗魯退房的那個男客人很無禮，同時前台兩位工作人員負有責任。嚴重影響心情，降低了入住體驗。

位置不錯。真正的大型單間公寓，可舒適容納 4 人。大樓停車位相當狹窄，業主無法控制。另外，在退房時，由於是周日，需要等待一段時間才能乘坐電梯 會再次入住

春節期間古城的酒店爆火，因為攜娃出行，怕折騰還是加住了一天，主要方便白天出去活動，那些有特色的娘惹文化或者印度風情的參觀下就好了，住宿也不一定很實用。這裏基本上五臟俱全，也體驗了酒店的按摩（晚上全滿，白天還好一些），泳池沒有體驗到，時間比較匆忙，拍了一張照片，人非常少，屋頂望出去應該也是城景。每天還能遇到會講中文的服務人員，臨走的時候門口的服務人員還幫忙提拿行李，天黑也沒看清楚號牌，很感謝。而且如果條件允許，酒店基本上可以滿足提出的需求，比如有個會議延遲一點時間退房。衞生也清掃的及時，去周邊都方便，掃街吃的，酒店出門右手邊有早餐，有商場和711,右手邊走到紅綠燈右轉，第二條街區就有很多煙火氣的網紅吃食。彩虹天空步道就算了，信價比低，還不如去大廈4層的科技館，還有cloud頂層電影院

Stunning stunning hotel in the heart of Georgetown. I have been to Georgetown many times and stayed at its many heritage accommodation offerings. The George on Penang Road is the newest kid on the blocking having opened its doors in December 2022. Like its siblings in the business the George is a conversion of a heritage building but while the others concentrate of showcasing Penang’s rich cultural heritage , the interiors at the George are minimalist & modern. The hotel exudes a cool, fresh vibe and offers a variety of well-appointed rooms. Other facilities at the George include an onsite restaurant, a bar, a decent sized lap swimming pool with a sauna room. The hotel has a car park equipped the parking cages enabling it to expand capacity if needed.

酒店地址位置優越，與購物中心相鄰，走到各個景區也不算遠，對於遊客來説很方便。 早餐比較豐富，煮麪和做煎蛋的工作人員都很好，咖啡味道不錯，水果新鮮。 不足之處是麪包甜點都不怎麼好吃。 前台幫忙打印很耐心，行李員服務態度也很好。推薦商務和休閑度假的旅遊。

We had a pleasant three-day stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, situated between two large malls with plenty of shops and restaurants and within a reasonable cab ride to both George Town and Batu Ferringhi. The room was quite spacious but a little bit dated and worn down. It could use a refresh. The bed was very comfortable, however, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We enjoyed using the beautiful infinity pool. Service was friendly and efficient. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. Although there is a good variety of items offered, many just weren't very tasty. The best thing on the buffet was the homemade ice cream. Overall, this is a good place to stay when exploring the island of Penang.
