On your website it said there was a hot tub, they said it was being fixed, it wasn’t and we were there for 3 days. We received a wake up call at 2:00 AM twice it’s very hard to get back to sleep. They said they cleaned our room, they didn’t and we had to request towels. I booked this hotel based on your 9.4 rating and I do not complain or usually do reviews but I was very disappointed and will not stay here again and I will tell my family/ friends the same. We have family who live in Gillette so we do travel there yearly.

The biggest issue was the pet fee, online it says free abd even on-site signage says pets stay free but we were charged a $25 fee. The staff said the management won’t remove the free signage but msjrs them charge the fee.

The hot tub was out of order. They were not willing to comp anything on the price. I specifically look for hotels with hot tubs and the last three times I have booked a room in various places and the hot tubs were broke. How can I get compensation for this?

The property was fine. It was ******* that dropped the ball. When we arrived ******* didn’t make the reservation. We was lucky to get a room. Will never use ******* again

Cheap cheap in construction poor water pressure. Thin walls to noisy uncomfortable bed and furnishings. Will never stay here again or recommend it!!!

The property was updated and very clean, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of warm filling food to choose.

Standard LaQuinta, nice property, clean and friendly. The staff checked on us after check-in to make sure the room was good, and every staff member we encountered made sure to thank us for staying there. Little things but they count and they were appreciated. Good job to whoever manages this property in understanding customer service.
