阿蘭肯金字塔飯店(Aracan Pyramids Hotel)

Das ist das erste Mal, das ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben muss. Aufgrunddessen, dass ich mehrmals Zimmer wechseln musste, habe ich insgesamt 4 Zimmer erlebt. Die guten Dinge sind das gute Frühstück und die Nähe zu den Pyramiden. ABER: - In Zimmer 1 sprang ein Rohr auseinander, sobald ich das Waschbecken nutzte. Ich gab sofort Bescheid; dennoch war auch dann niemand da, als das Wasser das Bett und den Außenflur erreichte. - In Zimmer 2 gab es kein Licht. - In allen Zimmern war es sehr schwierig, eine funktionierende Steckdose zu finden. - Das Internet funktionierte in keinem der Zimmer; auch nicht in der Rezeption oder im Frühstücksraum. - Zimmer 3 war eindeutig nicht geputzt. - 3 von 4 Balkontüren waren kaputt --＞ eiskalt (im Februar). - Zimmer sind straßenseitig --＞ extremer Verkehrslärm, die ganze Nacht über - Ich hatte nichts zu tragen und bat auch deswegen immer, ohne Concierge gehen zu dürfen. Nichtsdestotrotz ging er mir stets nach, nur um zu sagen "Money me". Am erschreckendsten war aber die letzte Nacht, in der ich um 2 ankam und um 6 wieder gehen musste, also einfach nur ins Bett wollte. Ich war am Einschlafen, als es an der Tür klopfte. Ich öffnete sie einen Spalt, er drang in mein dunkles Zimmer ein (ich war eindeutig im Pyjama), setzte sich auf mein Bett & drehte den Fernseher auf. Es dauerte Minuten, bis ich ihn aus meinem Zimmer brachte, während er "Money me" (diesmal erfolglos) vor sich hinstammelte.

Думал что такого уже не осталось, но ошибся. Ужасно всё, начиная с завтраков, заканчивая постелью прожженной сигаретами, прокуренными номерами и ванными комнатами которые полностью покрыты плесенью/обшарпаны. Очень грязный отель, бассейн на первом этаже переделан для местных свадеб и застолий, а бассейн на крыше не могут посещать гости отеля, а только дети местной школы. В номерах не убирали, лифты ломались в день по два-три раза, разбитые окна из-за чего шум в номер на 6 этаже доносился так, что было ощущение что они сигналят и орут у нас в коридоре. Если вы не хотите испортить себе отдых, обходите этот отель стороной.

This hotel is disgusting! Very dated but also dirty and severely run down. Our flight was cancelled so we were left with limited accommodation choices. We therefore paid well over the odds for one night. Our first room was awful so we asked to be moved. Second room marginally better. On the positive side the bed was clean and the staff were very nice. On the negative side - everything else! Cafe underneath played music really loud late into the night. Pool area is all closed as is the Terrace area. Restaurant only open for breakfast which was really not good. Area feels quite unsafe and heavenly construction work that will be going on for years outside (new metro). Overall - do not stay here!

ハード面では残念な所はありましたが、 スタッフさんは皆さん親切で良かったです。 部屋に入ったら、隅々まで確認され、 不具合がれあったら、部屋の交換や、修理をすぐにお願いされることを勧めます。 フロント、レストランスタッフもフレンドリーで、頼みやすく、良く対応してくださいました。

Поздравьте нас, мы выдержали 4 ночи в этом отеле! Проблемы отеля двух типов. Проблемы собственно отеля и проблемы района, где он расположен. Проблемы отеля по возрастанию: - Не понимают русский язык. - Грязная ванная и плохая уборка комнат. - Завтраки без животных белков. Т. е. ни гастрономии, ни рыбы, ни курицы. Сыр был. Были слабоострые вкусные овощи, но есть непривычные блюда перед экскурсиями рискованно. - Карточка-ключ от двери каждый день переставала работать. Приходилось спускаться на ресепшн и решать проблему. - В двухместном номере был один комплект полотенец. Полотенца под ноги не было. заселились вечером, тут же попросили ещё комплект. Дополнительный комплект появился не на следующий день, а через день, днём на вторые сутки пребывания. Дальше смешнее. Вечером в 11-м часу в дверь настойчиво постучали. Не хотел открывать, но после повторного стука пришлось. Принесли ещё один комплект полотенец, третий. Спасибо, очень во-время. - Горячая вода постоянно и сильно меняет напор. Подрегулировать не выходит, очень частые изменения. Мыться получилось, выставив температуру по самой горячей фазе воды. Когда напор ослабевал, просто лил воду на дно и ждал, когда потеплеет. - Сейф присутствует, но им нельзя пользоваться. На фото видно, что батарейки старые, помятые и даже одна проткнутая в попытках оживить. Но главное, сейф не закреплён, бери и уноси!!! Пришлось наличку и документы всегда носить с собой. - Кондиционер не работает на охлаждение и шумный. Просто гоняет с воздух. Нагрев не проверяли. Поэтому приходится открывать окно, а в него слышны все звуки жизни Гизы. (Да, это Гиза, а не Каир. Каир на другом берегу Нила) Теперь о проблемах расположения. Наверное, год или два назад локация отеля была нормальной. На широкой улице, ведущей к Пирамидам. Но потом на этой улице начали строить метро и автомобильные развязки. Улица на большей части своей длины стала непроезжая. В результате подъехать к отелю сложно. Из за стройки шум, грязь и нарушено движение авто и пешеходов. На фотках с балкона видны стройки транспортной развязки и метро. Видны кучи мусора. В открытое из-за духоты окно доносятся постоянное бибиканье транспорта А ночью, когда город заснёт, собаки начинают облаивать случайных прохожих или редкие автомобили. Я несколько раз просыпался, думая, что завязалась собачья свара. Но нет, всего лишь облаивание всего, что движется

A little worried when we arrived (hubby and I traveled together). When we walked into the lobby there were a bunch of teenage kids making a lot of noise, talking, laughing, etc. It was after 10:00 at night so we thought this was strange. Our room had a broken glass balcony, part of the carpet was pulled up and could be easily tripped over. The phone in the room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom at the floor and shower. Just didn't look very clean at all. I have pictures I will post. We were able to see the pyramid in the far distance but looking out our balcony we saw a lot of trash just across from the hotel. It was extremely noisy from the constant horns beeping. Trust me, "constant" is not an exaggeration! Breakfast was not very good but I guess since I've never been to Egypt or had Egyptian food maybe it's just what they eat. Not appetizing to us though. The orange juice was more like a watered down orange drink. There was not an outside pool as it shows in the picture. There was an indoor pool but it was covered up and the area was made into something like a wedding area. We booked this trip through Travel Zoo and Travel-O-Deal so they chose the hotel. We stayed there a total of 5 nights I believe and it was okay but when they say it's a 4 star hotel keep in mind that 4 stars in Egypt is not the same as 4 stars in the U.S. In the U.S. it would have been considered more of a 1 star in my opinion. There were guards at the entrance also.

Arrived in the dark and it didn't look too bad, but we asked if they had a restaurant and was told yes, but he forget to tell us it was closed, so we had to go in the coffee shop which when we got the food it was very greasy and unpleasant, it says tea and coffee in room but there was nothing so we asked for kettle and cups which were paper and when looked at were all sticky inside, so presumed they had been washed out. The outlook from balcony was like a rubbish tip, lock on safe broken and the bathroom was awful. We checked out later that day even though we were supposed to stay 3 days, and not one member of staff asked us what was wrong, they just let us leave. Please do not go in this hotel its horrible.

This hotel needs a total renovation. The room is dirty, stained carpets in the room, hallways, moldy bathroom walls and shower curtains. It smells like cigarettes because smoking is allowed throughout. The room door had ridges as if someone tried to break in which felt unsafe. The hallway lighting is dim which adds to the feeling of being unsafe. The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable but the environment made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. The noise from the traffic was deafening even in the wee hours of the morning. It just never got quiet. It was also noisy in the hallway. We stayed one night only because we could not allow ourselves to stay any longer. We asked to be transferred to another hotel when we returned to Cairo from the Nile cruise. No travel company should book this hotel for their guests. It is inhabitable.
