The price of the room was fabulous. The room was spotless. The lady at reception was lovely and very welcoming. There was a mini bar in the room with reasonably priced items. The motel is on the Main Street of Gladstone and close to lots of eateries. My husband and I are very fussy and we enjoyed our stay and we’d stay again.

The room we stayed in had lots of spiders, the furniture was broken, curtain rail was falling down. Leaky taps and no exhaust fans in bathroom. Carpet around bathroom was wet. Won’t be going back. I loved Gladstone. It was great😀

The unit has no windows in the bathroom ‘ and the fan was not working ‘ I like a lot of airflow which is not performing ‘ corners pretty dirty ‘ in shower and under the fridge door ‘ wifi information did not work ‘ the password in the guest book said it was wrong so gave up on that ‘ otherwise overall 3 star rating

Staff were excellent. Communication prior to and during stay was excellent. Layout (bedroom on mezzanine floor) made the room more spacious.

The staff were lovely, and the room was exactly what we needed. However, there was loud music until 3am which was very frustrating

Very helpful. Close to the Marina for our trip to Heron Island. Free shuttle drop off to the marina.

Great location, close to pubs and restaurants, comfy beds, very clean property. My only concern is that they kept the outside lights on until around midnight, and did not have blockout curtains on the windows, resulting in the room being lit up all night until around midnight, then again from around 4.30am when the sun started to rise. As a result we did not have a good quality sleep.

What a beautiful find. So clean and tidy comfortable beds, best motel we have ever stayed in and we have visited a few! Very quiet area, lovely walk down to the park area and harbour. What a Gem this place is!!!!!!!!
