格拉斯哥輝盛國際公寓(Fraser Suites Glasgow)

A good location on the edge of the Merchant City and most things can be walked to or a quick ride on the local subway. The rooms were clean and the service areas good. Breakfast is the usual basic European Style and it was good enough, but something hot would help as Glasgow can be cold in the winter. The building is an old style building so creaky and you can hear other people walking about or if a noisy family, then it is a whole new story of noise. That said, I would recommend.

On arrival I was informed that the hotel did not have any hot water and that it was expected to be fixed the following day. I was offered the option of moving hotels or being given a 50% refund. This went on for 4 days. When checking out the staff at reception knew of the refunds but were not authorised to pay them. I have since messaged and had no response.

Not at all like the pictures depict, very very disappointed with this stay. The first room was like student digs, overlooking the bins with the fan going. I went and complained and got moved to a second room a flight up which was marginally better. The sofa in the lounge area was worn old and dreadful, I would have rejected it for student digs and there was no way you could sit on it and be comfy. The whole apar**ent was worn and needed a referb. The TVs were tiny and about 10+ years old. The furniture felt very cheap furniture and for how much it was per night it was definitely over priced. Stay elsewhere.

La faute aux fenêtres simple vitrage mais vu que c’est un bâtiment classé, cela doit être difficile d’entreprendre des travaux qui seraient nécessaires. Bonne distance de la gare (10min) et du barrowland si vous allez à un concert (7/8min) Staff poli et serviable

This was our third visit to this hotel and once again it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are luxurious and warm and clean with everything you would need from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bed. Perfectly located for adventures in the great city of Glasgow. Welcoming and friendly staff. Discount on the parking at the carpark just around the corner - but this system has recently changed to a pre-booking online system which we weren’t aware of when we booked the hotel. We were still able to receive the discount but needed to ‘ring for assistance’ to leave the carpark as the start time was technically an hour after we parked, though we did leave the car park an hour before end time. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Glasgow.
