戰車旅館(Chariot Inn Glendale - Pasadena)

This place was an absolute nightmare! My entire room (room 201) was filled with roaches. They were literally everywhere, the sink, the desk, the tv, even in the bed. I must of killed around 30 of them. There is no way housekeeping was not aware of this, I even found dead small baby roaches in the fridge and microwave. With the amount of roaches in my room I'm quite sure the entire hotel is infested with them. In addition to the roach problem, my room was not thoroughly cleaned before I checked in. High-touch areas like the the light switches, door handles and knob for the AC were covered in dirt. The laminated TV guide was covered in food stains, the blow dryer was covered in dirt and makeup, there was hair on the walls and sides of the tub, the chairs had clearly visible stains and were covered in crumbs. The other guests in the hotel would hang outside my room talking loudly on the phone broadcasting all their drama to everyone. As soon as I walked in my room I saw a hole in the ceiling right above the door, there were stains on my sheets and the wifi was horribly slow. This place seriously needs to be shutdown until it gets its roach problem under control and hire new housekeeping that will fully clean the rooms after guests leave. The clear infestation of roaches is a serious health hazard.

Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, dusty areas, old furniture, broken sink counter, found a dead cockroach on the carpet, hair dryer didn’t work, overall poor service & for what they charge it could be better but definitely not staying here again.

The property looks ok and the check in process was smooth. My initial impression was satisfactory. However, everything changed when I saw tiny cockroaches running around the bathroom on next morning. Since I was ready to check out, I didn’t bother calling the front desk. But I was hell scared not to bring back any of those little devils in my bags. I had to check thoroughly before I got out of my room.

Esta excelente, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, y cuentan con micro, refri, secadora, plancha. La atención es muy buena. Hay un Jack in the box enfrente y un 7 eleven. La plaza está cerca caminando y la zona en general es muy tranquila. 10 de 10

Limited lighting in the room. Outdated remote control for the TV. No coffee available in the room; no coffee available in the lobby (there actually was no lobby; just a "night" window). The non smoking room smelled a little like smoke. Definitely a no frills establishment. Expected more for $163 per night.

Très bon emplacement. La chambre etait tres propre, très bon accueil. Je recommande ce motel sans hésitation.

El hotel , servicio y limpieza muy bien. Puedo comentar como no Bueno para mi que se escucha los pasos del segundo piso.

Muy bien. Muy limpio, tranquilo, rapido y organizado.
