Bedroom quite small with only one bedside cabinet. However it felt clean and modern, with a nice bathroom.

I would not expect to pay extra for breakfast at a B&B in this category, apart from that and a mattress sheet that would not stay on the mattress it was OK.

I really wanted to stay nearer to Pooley Bridge but prices were way out of my budget so I booked this hotel.. My room which was a single was lovely and staff were friendly and very helpful. As I was on my own I didn’t feel confident in eating in the restaurant however the food looked amazing and there is the best chippy next door. I would stay here again .

Our stay was fantastic. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming.
The bed was so comftarble. The breakfast was amazing well worth adding it as an extra.
