不倫瑞克歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Brunswick)

I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub. I even called to verify that they were both open and working before I booked the room and was told they were both working. When we get to the pool that evening, there was a sign on the door stating that the heat was not working in the pool so I was very disappointed that I had been mislead before booking the room. I normally love Hampton Inn and everything else was ok but like I said the heated pool was the main reason I chose the hotel for this stay.

Very nice stay. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Our second stay at this property and will be back.

We were only there for one night on a drive up 95. Our room was clean and comfortable and the employee at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming.

We needed two rooms last minute due to travel issues. We were able to get the rooms booked quickly and at a reasonable rate.

No coffee in lobby. Container empty and machine out of order. No attendant at checkout. Foul odor throughout hotel. Gross.

We just needed a quiet place to sleep and breakfast in the morning. This Hampton provided that. It seemed a little dated, but that wasn't a problem.

First, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My issues are with the bathroom. There's multiple rust stains on the tub and shower wall. The shower head is VERY hard to adjust. It's also mounted VERY high. I'm a tall woman and I had a hard time adjusting the shower head. I don't know how a shorter person could have reached it. The shower head is one of those adjustable pulsating ones. Take my advice and go to the flea market and buy $7 normal shower heads. I'm sure people would be much happier with that. Last but not least, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom or any type of deodorizer. No Bueno.

Had to wait for check in person at desk on check in. Looks tired and dated. Needs update. Staff reasonably friendly.

I was on third floor where pets are allowed but there was too much barking even at 10pm People use elevator with pets and when doors open the barking starts etc I should have been put on non pet floor
