黃金村旅館(Golden Village Lodge)

2 noches y todo correcto. muy cerca del canyon bridge. Tiene un pequeño down town mu bonito.

Stayed here passing through for an overnight stay - rooms were clean and a decent place to lay your head for a head for a night. Not sure if I would choose for an extended stay. It was quite noisy but to be expected as it sits alongside the highway. Would stay again passsing through.

Checked out a day early, refused to refund for the night that was prepaid for through *******. ******* reached out to the staff and did not get a response. Will not stay here again.

Very old property looks renewed but the rooms are in poor condition wry old microwave which doesn’t work the rooms on the 1st floor are inconvinent to reach with kids …hole corridors smells of smoke and ashtrays all over the place … the mattress was pretty bad …I don’t prefer the stay at this property in the future … the Indian kitchen next to the lodge has the worst food I have tasted in Canada as they don’t deliver to the guests next door …overall had a poor experience during my stay in golden

Rooms weren’t the cleanest. Had to call noise complaint first night there along with many others who called to complain about the noise. Huge family outside being super loud kids running up and down the stairs yelling. Someone playing loud techno music under us. Next day couldn’t go swimming in the pool because the family of 25 went in fully clothed and the water was dirty so weren’t able to go swimming. If you’re staying there for the view you can’t see the mountains due to the smoke right now. Can’t see them at all across from you. Shower squeeled throughout entire shower super loud. Had a balcony which was nice. Tried saving money staying there, and wasn’t worth saving 100$. Wouldn’t stay there again let’s just put it that way.

For the price we got no internet (wifi is broken and doesnt know when will get fix. Receptionist didnt even mention this during check-in) floors are really dirty, aircon sounds like there some thousand flies trapped on it, washroom water smells and toilet bowl so dirty, bed linen feels sandy. I cant think of any good thing about this hotel. Find something else that will make your stay comfortable.

If you just need a place to sleep and nothing else, then this is the place you can come, the building is really old, barely the things you can asked for a hotel, no breakfast, the staff has no smile at all
