格雷梅飯店

房間是很有特色的洞穴，風景很好。地理位置也不錯，周圍有很多吃的。距離goreme約20分鐘車程。早餐很豐盛。 老闆人非常好，在中國呆過，會說不錯的中文。幫我們定了接送機、熱氣球旅行……總之有什麼需求都可以問他，非常非常友好熱心。也給我們接下來的旅程推薦了很多，還幫我們解決了差點趕不上飛機的問題。

I chose to stay at CAPPADOCIA CAVE LODGE based on evaluations I read on several platforms, and it proved to be accurate. The hotel staff was genuinely nice, cooperative, and helpful. Before traveling to Turkey, I contacted a few cave hotels, but only two responded proactively, with Cappadocia Cave Lodge being the quickest. I felt really at ease making a reservation with them because they were so accommodating and wanted to be as helpful as they could. Despite the fact that check-in wasn't until 2 PM, they allowed me to check in early because the rooms were empty when I arrived early in the morning. Although the hotel's location required a significant amount of hiking to reach, it offers a great balcony view and is close to Goreme Central, making it simple to access the restaurant area and bus station. There were some issues in my room, but they worked quickly to resolve them. The staff members were willing to accept customer feedback and also assisted me in checking my hot air balloon reservation, Cappadocia tour, and bus tickets to my next destination. Based on my travels around Turkey, it's difficult to find good service with friendly staff, but this hotel tried to make the hotel feel like home with very warm and welcoming staff.

酒店很乾淨寬敞,早餐很棒,選擇很多。它分配在格雷梅市中心,靠近餐館,露天博物館和望台。經理Yilmas在抵達前組織了熱氣球和其他活動。他幫助我們從機場接。工作人員很友好,熱衷於以任何方式提供幫助。會推薦這家酒店給家人和朋友在訪問卡帕多西亞。

我們在這家酒店住了 3 天 2 夜。位置非常完美，因為它靠近該地區的所有餐館和商店。酒店有我們需要的足夠設施，早餐很棒，早餐時的露台景色令人驚嘆！早餐煮出驚人的borek的阿姨也真的很可愛！接待員非常樂於助人，向我們推薦了吃晚餐的好地方，並從下麪看氣球。如果我有機會再次訪問卡帕多西亞，我肯定會住在這家酒店。

非常慶幸發現了這家酒店，服務非常好，房間很乾凈，還有浴缸！浴袍！衹要400多人民幣！而且它是皇家熱氣球的專屬酒店，入住酒店，預訂皇家熱氣球每人便宜40歐原價270歐，酒店客人230歐。。，如果是兩個人便宜了80歐，相當於酒店免費住了。。而且去熱氣球的時候衹需要到門口集合就行，不需要像別的酒店那樣還得過來集合。。前台服務非常好。。熱情禮貌。。而且住這裏，飛完後還有大果盤和帽子送！住店客人的自助早餐非常豐盛 酒店還有露天大露台！對面就是熱氣球起飛的山谷，露台看熱氣球是非常靠近的感覺，早上五點去看喔 如果再次回來格雷梅，我會再次入住這家酒店。。 千萬不要入住附近的日出觀景酒店，昂貴而且服務不好，露天也不是露天的！早餐不是自助

The hotel offers a magical otherworldly ”heaven-earth-hell” experience. It started with a hooded and cloaked reception staff welcoming us with free drinks and cake at this majestic high ceiling sitting room straight out of a medieval castle. We were given the grand tour of the hotel, going up the main dining room, through the bar and indoor lounge area, the open roof deck with the majestic view, through the bright and light color appointed ”heaven” rooms to the dark mysterious and cave-like ”earth-hell” rooms, and finally down Dante's ”hell” where the heated indoor pool and spa was located. Everywhere was picturesque. We couldn't help but take pictures all the time, even in the bathroom. Besides the place itself, service was excellent. Restaurant served a beautiful breakfast spread, literally filling up the entire table counter space with delicious jams, nuts, cheese, bread, deli meat. And we could even order additional hot egg dishes like menemen, omelettes and pancakes. Only downside to the hotel is that it is not handicapped-friendly. No elevators and bathrooms all have tubs with shower.

在美的中心完美位置,我們住了3天,先租了一輛車,我們沒有享受酒店提議的遊覽。 從共同的台階可以在早晨看到球,如果想有更好的景色,就能在7分鐘的步行上到達“太陽安裝點”。

Great authentic room. There are breakfasts, simple but varied. There is an observation deck on the roof, the flying balls are clearly visible. Special thanks to the hotel staff - the guys helped in any situation and were always responsive.

Nous sommes venues pour 3 nuits dans cet hôtel car le rapport qualité prix était bon et était bien noté sur booking. Quelle a été notre déception lorsque nous avons découvert notre première chambre (une odeur d’évacuation des toilettes très importante dans la salle de bain et la chambre). Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre, le propriétaire n’est même pas venu constater l’odeur dans la chambre mais nous a proposé directement une autre chambre où il a juste avant mis un spray désodorisant pour atténuer l’odeur. Ce qui a aidé. Le matelas était super dur nous sentions des barres de fer dans le dos. Nous avons ensuite découvert des draps tachés et troués à plusieurs endroits. Le lendemain nous avons découvert des serviettes de bain trouées. Et ce fut très bruyant tous les soirs. Lorsqu’on nous avons dit que le drap était taché on nous a dit que c’était une tache de détergent (est ce vrai? On ne sait pas) Dans cette deuxième chambre, nous retrouvons des morceaux de pierre qui tombaient des murs. Le ménage n’a jamais été fait pendant les trois jours seulement un rouleau de papier toilette posé sur notre lit pour la dernière nuit. Et la chose la plus comique était que nous avions une couette d’un lit simple posé en horizontale pour un lit deux places. Nous avons tout de même trouver une couette simple supplémentaire dans un placard (était elle propre ? I dont know). De plus aucune literie était assortie (nous passions d’une housse avec des petits bateaux à un oreiller avec des fleurs et j’en passe…) Le petit déjeuner était correct du sucré et du salé. Ils proposent des excursions de tout types de la région. Nous avions réservé pour le vol en montgolfière c’était incroyable ! On recommande fortement cette activité. Nous avons également demandé si nous pouvions utiliser la machine à laver et que fût notre surprise lorsqu’il nous a dit 10€ pour faire tourner une machine. En conclusion on ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel !

Struttura immersa nel cuore della Cappadocia. L’hotel è costruito interamente nella roccia e le stanze sono spaziose, moderne, arredate in modo ottimale. Bagni dotati di doccia ampia e molto funzionale. La nostra stanza aveva anche un balconcino con vista. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile. Colazione ricca, sia dolce che salata con possibilità di avere l’omelette preparata al momento. Consigliatissimo!
