有史以來最糟糕的經歷。我們在開車一整天后於晚上 10 點登記入住。前台沒有人，直到我打電話給他們。我們預訂的兩張大床房不可用，我們得到了一張帶拉出式沙發的特大號床。一旦進入房間，沙發床就沒有毯子或枕頭。電話打不通前台，所以我們不得不去大堂拿毯子。我們得到了一張平板床單和一個被子。他們沒有枕頭或更多的床單。我們一家四口有兩條毛巾。護髮素瓶是空的。樓上的鄰居很吵。

La persona del lobby se portó muy amable, la limpieza del cuarto estaba excelente el baño muy limpio.

Our room was very dirty and gross. We had to leave early and find a new hotel because it was too uncomfortable and dirty to stay in. Stains on sheets and couch, looked like mold on ceiling, holes in wall, dirty walls, ripped curtain. Very bad experience.

Had an excellent stay! Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very large and beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great sleep. Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of options! The lady who was in charge or the breakfast was so welcoming, happy and loved to chat with everyone there. If we are in the area, we will stay here again for sure!

Went to a Notre Dame Football game and stayed here for the night. Nice, clean and comfortable and only 25 minutes from ND! Best hotel free breakfast I’ve ever had - good job Holiday Inn Elkhart!

Went for a ND game. This was about 25 minutes away, but not that bad. Ubers do go out that way but pricey. Room was very spacious. King-size bed with a couch (So you could really fit 3 people.) My room smelled fine. Staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast area was immaculate.

Staff very friendly. Room very clean. Breakfast coordinator was very efficient, friendly and on to of everything. She made sure all tables were clean as soon as clients left

The bed was comfortable, pillows were terrible, wifi extremely spotchy. The coffee was empty more than full every time we went by. The breakfast was good but limited, staff was friendly but not go getters. But the main issue is the a/c just didnt work. Asked the front desk said maintenance would come in the am and no one ever showed and it just was terrible.

We were supposed yo have 2 queen beds but had a king. Poor lighting in bathroom but everything else was good.
