Bonjour, très bon accueil malgré une arrivée à 21h. Une table m’a été préparée dès mon arrivée pour le restaurant. Personnel aux petits soins. Chambre nickel Si je devais faire une remarque c’est peut être sur la qualité et la déco du restaurant qui manque un peu de personnalisation

Restaurant fermé pour les vacances, ni une ni deux, votre personnel m'a proposé une solution "planche fromage/charcuterie" ! Le bonheur avec un verre de vin...

We had the best stay at this hotel and it will definitely be our go-to when we need to stay in the Bordeaux area. We stayed two different times and both times were great! Location: it is close to the airport (about 12 minutes), in a quiet part of town surrounded by stores (there’s an Intermarché supermarket right across the street) There is a gated parking lot on site, completely free. Service: every single person on staff was the kindest I’ve met! Super nice and friendly and doing anything they can to help. Rooms: clean, comfortable, the beds were great, the comforters thick, everything was in working order. Coffee, tea, water.. Even had Lindt chocolates waiting for us :) Breakfast: it was very good, lots of options, clean, and again the staff was awesome! We did not try the restaurant. Noise: extremely quiet! We were on the first floor close to the lobby and yet we did not hear anything at all. The lobby is also great and welcoming. It was Chris**as time so they had a box of chocolates for guests, cute decor etc. Will definitely be back and recommend it!

Driving through France to Spain so this was a great location to stay enroute. Reception was very warm and friendly, and very helpful with everything. As it was New Year’s Eve, the restaurant wasn’t open but reception was extremely helpful with ideas for other places to eat. Great nights’ sleep before another warm reception for breakfast. Much better than anticipated and very tasty. Even though the location was just off the motorway, it was very quiet and yet very quick to get back on our way. Will definitely stay here again on our way back.

Très bon hotel, piscine propre, Service impeccable. Il manquait juste du gel douche dans la chambre mais j ai utilisé les petites savonnettes..

Propre, classe et confortable ! L'hôtel est braiment Nickel! Je recommande vivement!!!

Un personnel au petit soins et d'un grande amabilité. L'hôtel est parfaitement tenu et notre chambre était digne d'un bon 4* Merci aux personnels présents ce jour là
