Hotel was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. We pick this hotel due to location to Van Andel Arena.

I have zero complaints. My room was clean as well as all other areas. It felt very safe and homely. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay-staff were friendly and efficient. Only complaint was the pool area was very cold

This location was great for walking to local restaurants and across the street from Van Andel Arena for concert goers. Room was very nice and had a great continental breakfast. The parking garage for an extra $30 a night is worth it. It also has a sky walk from garage to hotel.

Been to GR many times but first time in the Residence Inn. All in all it was a great experience - great spacious room, very clean, good breakfast, convenient parking right in front and fast check in and check out. Only negative was really the noise late night. We were at 6th floor but still hard to slow with the noise coming from the dancing saloon right across the street. Not much the hotel can do about it but good to know before you go (it was a Saturday night).

The hotel itself was lovely and its private parking structure is wonderful. The area is convenient to local establishments and the arena. Unfortunately, the local bar scene was very loud at could be heard until 2a in & there was a lot of street racing at night. We were on the 2nd floor but honestly wouldn’t think a higher floor would help. Bring earplugs if you plan on getting sleep.

Another great stay. This is our downtown GR go to for a hotel. Always very friendly and accommodating at the front desk. Rooms are great. Clean and comfortable.
