The first time we stayed here, and I highly recommend staying here, if you like the convenience of a modern hotel. Everything was very nice.

This was my second time at the Hampton Hotel and just like the 1st, we enjoyed the stay very much.

It was a beautiful hotel and loved the view from our room looking east! Just wished there was closer dining

Was really disappointed by this stay. The bed was the hardest hotel bed I have stayed in. When I crawled into bed there was dirt in the sheets.. The hot tub was down for maintenance so we went to use the pool with our daughter (1) it was so cold!! we were only able to stay in for 20 minutes and when we got out she was shivering and chattering her teeth. The family that came in as we were leaving the pool area also had young kids complaining how freezing it was. The mother actually went straight to the bottom of the slide (separate from the pool) and sat in there cause it was warmer while her kids swam. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. No milk for the cereal, not enough eggs etc. for more than one person and there was a full house at breakfast time. Overall was not satisfied at all with the stay, won't be staying here again. Definitely paid way too much for what we got.

The hot tub is under maintenance which not noted in the website as well as the swimming pool temperature are alittle bit cold

It is close to great shopping, dining, entertainment and the hospital. The room was clean and large. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean, new, well kept. all of the staff we encountered were exceptional. I did not catch most of their names, however our last contact at checkout was Kevin, he was great. Again all staff were professional, courteous and helpful.

The hotel was lovely and decorated for Christmas. Staff friendly. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had lots of healthy options. I

Very clean and nicely maintained. I did not like the mattress too much and the pillows are the cheapest of the cheapest money can buy, terrible to sleep on.
