Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean.
The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee.
My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent.
The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

酒店地段不錯，工作人員服務也尚可。無法忍受的是入住的第二天，肩部就開始有紅色斑點，伴隨着皮膚搔癢，一直到退房後還沒消失，應該是其中的枕頭不衞生造成的情況。實在讓人受不了。

Iv stayed here in the past . Very resonable rates . Staffs always kinda robotic but good .The beds are always so comffy and the pillows . Always clean . Always a nice atmosphere. Was glad to be back . Wondered why i went anywhere eles in GP .

It’s definitely a place I’d stay without kids. The spa looks amazing. TV’s are super small, had a family room and tv’s weren’t compatible for Xbox.
Also another guest put their empty 2-6’s by our door which was super weird lol

The stay was good nice Hotel with good amenities. The only problem was when they took a photo copy of my drivers licence and the lady that was helping me couldn’t explain why. Another lady (both were very kind) had to explain. That to me is highly unusual that they take a photo copy of your license.

The soft bed and breakfast were the best parts of this place. The bathroom had water damage as noted by the ceiling tiles and smell. There was also hair on the shower wall that didn’t belong to me. The room also had a faint odor of smoke despite this being a smoke-free property. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were great. I forgot a sport jacket on my last visit. They kept it safe for me for weeks until I returned. The beds are amazing and really comfortable which is the most important thing to me on a business trip.

Only reason I stay at this property is for the underground parking. It was full when I checked in. So I went to another hotel as this hotel is run down.
