I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel during Thanksgiving week, and I must say it was a wonderfully calm experience. The hotel maintained a serene and peaceful a**osphere, allowing me to unwind and relax. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any requests or questions further enhanced my overall experience. One of the highlights of this hotel was its convenient access to the nearby mall. It was incredibly convenient to have shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away, allowing me to make the most of my free time. Additionally, despite the hotel's proximity to the mall, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful it remained, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, my stay at this hotel during Thanksgiving week was exceptional. The calm and tranquil ambiance, coupled with the cleanliness, kind staff, and accessible access to the mall, made it a truly great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

It was fine. Front desk was ok, not particularly friendly but not rude. Just there, doing what they are supposed to. I don’t like the toiletries mounted in the wall. They are usually my favorite part, but knowing everyone else has used them is weird and gross. Bed was comfortable. Room was just ok. Nothing to make it special or standout.

Stayed tower east 7th floor. My stay was not much different from a 2/3 star hotel. The bed and sheets were of terrible quality, which left me disappointed with the overall experience. Additionally, if you book through a third-party deal like *******, it seems they place you in the worse part of their building, further contributing to the disappointing experience.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Very nice rooms, breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was wonderful! The only thing we went to the outdoor pool Sunday and I was under the impression there was a bar. There was a building but it wasn’t open, it may have been because it was Sunday but the outdoor pool was still enjoyable
