大狼葡萄藤小屋度假村(Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine)

Yo tuve problemas de salud con unos de mis hijos y me puse en contacto con el hotel para cambiar mi fecha del viaje y ellos son demasiado estrictos , no quisieron cambiarme las fechas y mucho menos hacerme la devolución de mi dinero , perdi poco mas de 500 dolares . Espero nunca mas asisitir alli . Muy estrictos y desconsiderados

My family and I truly loved it and enjoyed ourselves from the beginning to the end. This was my children's first time, and I can say that they were not disappointed, and we will make this a yearly vacation. Everyone on the staff were very patient and friendly and made us all feel welcomed and made sure we enjoyed every bit of our experience. The only thing that I was disappointed on was that housekeeping never came to clean our room the entire time.

Property is always friendly and clean. When we checked in there was a broken water valve they were fixing and water to the building was shut off. This was fixed in the funkiest manner and water restored without much fret. This place is always a treat for our family and we continue to come back.

I booked a stay and paid in full for me and my 2 children. I knew I'd need a credit card for "incidentals", but did not know they planned to reserve 100 throughout my stay. That stung. Don't do valet, it's a waste of money. Same lot, uncovered. $35? No thanks. None of the shops take cash. The Build A Bear is a specialty store that is twice as expensive as the real store outside the lodge. Do not stay near the elevators unless you want to hear Magiquest going all night. They do not provide you with comforters or blankets, so be sure to bring your own. You can bring your own food or find some nearby to save money. My kids loved the water park, the arcade (we blew through $80 in a half hour...be careful!) and were intrigued by Magiquest, but it seems like it would be better for older kids, older than 8 or 9. Nearby Grapevine Mills mall has a Meow Wolf, Peppa Pig experience and cute Sanrio type shops if you want a change of scenery. No EV hookups here, had to go to the Mall. Put your stuff in the car at check out and continue to enjoy the water park.

Our experience was wonderful and definitely will return. However, we did we did experience a couple staff with impatient attitudes, one actually causing my granddaughter to pout. Overall, most staff friendly, clean environment, safety enforced, lots of activities, very kid friendly. Great Restaurants. Awesome indoor waterpark & Virtual top golf & games. Great Family resort!!

The outdoor area was not open until later this summer (not mentioned at time of booking), most dining areas closed, food quality very poor in the snack bar and the one open restaurant. Surly, uncommunicative staff.

Family fun. Lots money.elevators half operational mad me for long wait times every time
