肯特島希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island)

We started out with a room on the south side of the hotel and there is a cute bar on that side, but they were having a Halloween party with live music. I called and asked for a room on the other side of the hotel and was given a great room with a beautiful view. Very satisfied with our stay.

Our stay here at the Hilton Garden was great. The space was beautifully decorated in light calm colors and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Our room was clean and offered coffee with a Kureg coffee maker, which we really enjoy. They offered breakfast buffet or you can order from a menu. We sat at a table and ordered from the menu. The coffee was excellent, our breakfast was delicious and our waitress was wonderful and attentive. They also serve dinner at this location , which is a great option if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

They don’t have safes in the room! They said there are safes in the office but no one new how to use them. I went down the next morning and the office was closed and the person there was gone for the weekend. So what I wanted to put in the safe I had to carry around the whole weekend.

The most outstanding quality is #1, the clean facilities. #2 The overfriendly staff, especially the from desk (Danielle and Raye) . They went out of their way to accomodate our every need.

We had a wonderful evening here and loved the balcony with water views. Comfortable beds and roomy. It is conveniently located within walking distance to other restaurants and overall, a pleasant time.

I expected something else for the money I spent. I asked for extra towels and had to go down and get them myself. Not what I expected from the Hilton name.

I woke at 7:00 am to a lot of construction noise outside. I thought I’d put a pillow over my head and deal with it. Sadly there was construction inside the property… drills and noise on the floor above me… no sleep to be had.

The property is located in a wonderful place but it it trash close to the property all the restaurant have a trash collecting truck it is very noisy Well the room was with a cow web and dust on the table the bed was clean thank god!

Understaffed- of employees fault. Long lines for simple questions. Overall nice visit- facility, location and services good
