Unser Aufenthalt im Southern Cross Motor Inn war angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Motel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist tiptop gelegen. Alles war sauber, und die Betten waren bequem, was für eine erholsame Nachtruhe sorgte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das WLAN funktionierte ebenfalls gut. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt im Southern Cross Motor Inn genau unseren Erwartungen. Alles war so, wie es sein sollte, und wir können dieses Motel empfehlen.

We have been coming to the Southern Cross Motor Inn in Ararat for 2 years now and have never been disappointed with the quality of this accommodation. The rooms are bigger, the windows are double glazed so the rooms are quieter and they are always scrupulously clean. The operators of this motor inn are always looking to make small changes to make visitors more comfortable including, dare I mention it, the best quality toilet paper we have seen in a motel or hotel in a long time. The last time we stayed in October, we noticed they have now supplied non-slip mats to avoid older people like us slipping in the shower. We can thoroughly recommend this accommodation for its comfort and attention to detail.

Very clean, everything in good working order very comfortable bed, and it was very quiet through the night.

Stayed 2 nights in a King room and everything was presented as advertised. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, nice room amenities. Hassle free check in and out. Easy walking distance to main street and traffic noise was minimal even being on the main hwy side. I would recommend 👌.

It really was a lovely stay at the Ararat Southern Cross Motel. Room is up-to-date, clean and spacious. Good customer service. The location excellent for train travelers being across the road from Ararat Station.

Returning traveller. Superb experience, everything done to a great standard, including the breakfast and the bedside lights. A great welcome, even the heating was on to greet me. Very highly recommended.

Arrived on a wet cold day to a very warm reception. The room was large and comfortable. The location is good and was easy to find. Car parks are large, and there is plenty of space between cars to get all your gear out. Overall, it was a good stay and I would use them again if staying in Ararat.

This a family run motel and it is adequate but not set up for longer stays, as we stayed 4 nights. It was clean and quiet but very dark. They need better lighting or sheer daylight curtains, since the curtains open to the street. TV and internet were good but I have had better sleep in other places.

I had a very comfortable stay here when I came here to work! Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, very spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom, microwave and fridge. Will definitely stay again. Not sure if they provide breakfast, as I just got Maccas :)
