Everything was good

The staff was exceptional. I had made the reservation and then canceled it because of the snow I didn't think I was going to make it and then called them that I was going to make it and then we did the reservation and when I made it to the hotel they greeted me very courteously

Our room smelled like old cigarettes and burned meat in the broiler. We sprayed, ran the fan, and opened the windows with no luck. While we were able to check it early, which was very nice, but we probably were stuck the the "special room for early arrivals. That room will NEVER smell good. Thanks.

Close proximity to airport is convenient. No daily maid service (only after 7 days). I was there 5 days and had to ask for towels everyday (undersized towels as well) and room was never cleaned.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, will not be my last! Very clean and quiet. The kitchenette is a lovely bonus!

The hotel itself is slightly dated, but decent. Beds were quite comfortable and room was acceptably clean. Sound insulation isn't the best as I could hear other guests quite easily through the walls/door. Our stay would have been even better had it not been for some of the other guests being rather loud and rowdy late in the night, but hat isn't the hotel's fault. Overall, it's a reasonably priced, comfortable place.
