格林貝凱悅飯店(Hyatt Regency Green Bay)

The atrium is impressive and the pool area is very nice but there were signs of neglect at this once beautiful hotel. We booked through ******* and were told the room came with free breakfast (which it did not--the staff blamed it on ******* and I have complained to them). The housekeeping and service were only so-so. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Needs updated and new flooring in rooms!!! Very dark and drab! Room was not very clean and when they cleaned during our stay all they did was pull comforter up on the bed and a few new towels. Bathroom wasn't touched and trash wasn't taken out. Worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at!! Very disappointed.

Hotel is okay , but not great. Space wise its great for families, but overall cleanliness is not great . We have observed dirt and vomit on the elevator and 7th floor carpet, had to report to front desk and then they cleaned. Swimming pool is okay. However so much of confusing statements from the front desk lady available on 9th July morning while checking out, she is not well aware of the process and continued to give diff statements. We booked2 rooms on 8th July night 704 and 707, and we were mentioned that no parking charges to be there for the Hyatt club members during the checkin time, however the during the check out time the front desk lady completely ignored that and printed the receipt including that parking charges which should have been $0 ! While mentioning the same, she gave $5 off ! Its a joke ! While again I mentioned , she gave full refund of parking fee whereas continued to argue that last night front desk person did wrong committed about this parking fee benefits to us ! Either she doesn't know or last night front desk person has done wrong commi**ents !. Whatever it is, its not a pleasant experience to spend ~10 min for $10 parking fee return. Not sure why she continued the confusing statements with me and with my friend also it happened same ! I will request your management to look into and talk to front desk about this to bring in clarity. Ideally if its a benefit being promised it should have been by default come as adjus**ents to the receipt !

The hotel was fine. It is a very dated property. I did not fine it to be a good value. They did not have enough parking, so we had to park across the street at the bank. Elevator is painfully slow. AC would not go below 70, so we were hot at night. The front desk tried to adjust it remotely but were not able to fix it.

We (5 families) stayed for a night(Saturday). Room is very clean. Some of our friends used pool. We faced challenge with parking in the premises in the night when we reached back hotel at night 9.30pm. However we have parking garage next to it which is free in the weekends.

Nice big room with a comfortable layout and comfortable bed. The in room coffee was actually pretty good. Huge TV in the bedroom. Tiny bathroom, but it was clean and water was hot. Generally clean, but some of the common areas do need a bit of dusting in some of the harder to reach areas since it's got glass elevators and you can see the tops of everything in the lobby. Gym was spacious and well equipped -- some of the treadmills could do with a service.

Overall we enjoyed our staym staff was nice and atebtive. There were some issues that I pacted our enjoyment though. The wifi was very slow and the chrome cast flat out didn't work on 1 of the tvs. One device is allowed to be connected to the Chromecast for the entire stay, which we didn't realize making thing hard for us. The kiddy pool area was out of service with no notice. The restaurant and market were pretty over priced. It was hard to get bare basic breakfast for 2 adults and a 3 year old for under $50

Fit the bill perfectly for an overnight and a chance to walk along the Fox River. Rooms were small suites so it was possible to comfortably sit and watch a bit of tv before bed. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Would stay again.

Every time my wife and I go to Green Bay we stay at the Hyatt. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Plus you can pack your cooler (no glass) and sit in the hot tub.
