格林維爾萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Greenville)

The hotel and room were very nice. But the free breakfast was a joke. We went around 8-8:30am and there was eggs, sausage, a few muffins left, and a few yogurts left. No cereals, no fruits, no bagels or toast. We ended up going out to buy breakfast. When breakfast is included it just makes the mornings a bit easier, one less place to drive to go get food. I usually will only book hotels with breakfast included. Not going back to a Fairfield Inn anytime soon if that is their idea of serving breakfast to their guests.

Very nice hotel The room was nice and big we had plenty space. Hotel was very clean and very inviting. Decor was up to date and the whole visit was very nice and they provided great Customer service

The hotel was nice but the service was terrible! We had booked three rooms for a family gathering. When my brother went to check in that night, he was told his room had been sold. He had a reservation and had already paid for the room. The manager was terrible and kept saying there was nothing they could do and it was a computer issue. There were other clients in the same situation. My brother had to find another room on his own at 11:30 at night. The manager should have given him a credit or paid for his room somewhere else. It really put a damper on our family weekend!

I called earlier in the day to confirm my reservation and was told I could check in anytime. When we went to check in at 11:30 pm, we were told that there were no rooms and there was nothing they could do. The manager was very nonchalant and did not offer the accommodate us in any way. Fortunately we found another hotel close by, but we’re very disappointed in the way we were treated at the Fairfield.

Checked in at 6 pm. Started off fine,then realized warm water came from cold water faucet in bath sink. Not possible to take a shower as water too hot. Trey the front person could not find us any room where this condition did not exist, even though the hotel seemed at 15% capacity. Shower had mold ! Had to shower with water flow at a trickle! Spent 3 hours trying to get to a solution ( when all we wanted was to sleep). Contacted Marian at ********** and still waiting to hear back. Hotel has serious hot water plumbing issue, should be corrected immediately.

Excited to be in town with family to watch a cousin play a basketball game at ECU. This was my young daughter’s first hotel stay that she can remember and she was so excited to swim after the game. We skipped out on a fault dinner out to come back to swim. Only to find the pool was freezing and appeared very dirty. She was devastated! Other than that we had a great trip but according to her it was the worst weekend. Please be sure indoor pool is warm and clean for your guests.

Every thing about the hotel was excellent. From the time we checked in until we checked out was fabulous. The hotel was super clean and smelled great. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was over the top super friendly, nice and welcoming. We will absolutely positively stay at this hotel again.

I like the property because everything was clean and nice. Staff was very polite nice.
