Excellent place to stay. Wish the parking lot was a little bigger! Excellent location for convenience!

Great experience! The area was great with stores and dining options. Check took a bit longer than expected but the staff were friendly. Good options for breakfast as well with lots of seating

Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff. Typical breakfast offerings which was fine. Pricing was a bit high considering the location. Overall a fair experience.

Stayed here a few times. Always a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Close to downtown which is a plus!

The entire staff was very accommodating and professional. Very good experience.

The spa was not hot. There was rust on the railings and masking tape at the base of the railings. The pool area was unkept. We paid the higher price to have a hotel with a spa and it was unsatisfactory. Wont stay here again. Also we had to change rooms because the battery in the fire alarm started chirping and they didn't have someone there to fix it.

The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast acceptable...not exceptional by any means. The staff were very polite and accommodating. We were on the 3rd floor for 6 nights and only twice were we able to take a hot shower. The sink water got hot but not the shower. Also, the door to the room didn't fully close on it's own...we had to pull closed to make sure it locked. This was my second...maybe 3rd stay at this property and I never experienced the cold water issue before. That's why I selected it again.

The hotel was kept nice and neat but the staff was absolutely the best, very helpful and courteous.
