Ok place to stay a night but the choices for breakfast were very limited. I'd not go there for my next trip.

Extremely bad customer service on a prebooked stay when we encountered an issue at check-in. I don't mind taking some of the responsibility for not fully understanding the check in requirements but the way it was handled by their staff was unprofessional and down right mean. We were turned away with no offer to assist in finding another place, no refund offered and the clerk would not call his manager. He said " I dont have a number for them" and then walked to the back room and shut the door. We will not be staying here again due to the way this situation was handled.

We have used this property since it first opened. It's sad to see the decline in simple maintenance of rugs, door frames, etc but also in the dining experience. The restaurant is not being used at all and the breakfast selection is slim. Staff was distant and not engaged with customers except in the breakfast. Why is there still a rope barrier at the front desk?

Skylar and Devin were amazing Both of them were accommodating and so kind helped me with my packages I was having delivered for my son who I was visiting. The Comfort and homey feeling in the front where the fire place and Christmas tree are found myself sitting there the majority of the time just very nice...I plan on staying again when I visit in the new year.

Nothing , breakfast was horrible, the small refregidare in the room was never clean it was full of old ice very dirty there was trash behin the night tables , the windos won't open . The elevator and outside carpet horrible dirty were out , very bad impression, 👎, thanks we just stayed one night we left as soon day break, the room is horrible.

I want to start by saying the staff was great and nothing I say next reflects on them. The 1st room we were put into the mini fridge was broken and leaked all over the floor. The 2nd room we went to the bathroom door wouldn't lock and stay shut due to a misalignment. Breakfast was not up to par for this hotel chain as it was not diabetic friendly. The pool was cold at 65 with the air conditioning running in that room as it was 50 degrees outside that didn't make sense. The hot tub was barely hot and the jets had very little pressure. The water in the hot tub was green and had "things" floating on it. So back to the rooms, carpets are old and stained. The beds were not comfortable at all and we barely slept 4 hrs each night we were there. Honestly if it wasn't for the wedding we were attending we would have left the 1st night.

First, the service was extremely friendly and gracious. The breakfast attendant even went so far as to raid her personal tea stash when she overheard my disappointment at not having decaffeinated herbal tea available. Second, while the whole place was very clean, it was also toxic in the room. The air was so heavy with the smell of disinfectant that it caused headache, congestion and sore throat to the extent that I couldn't sleep. Also, the bed was quite hard and was an old style coil mattress. Overall, if you aren't chemical sensitive it would be an okay place to stay. Bed comfort is a very subjective thing, so someone else may find it to be fine. The deadbolt lock on the door was non-functioning, too. In keeping with the great customer service, they did refund us the second night stay when we left after the first night without any hassle.

Walked into hotel lobby and it smelt nasty. Got to room carpet was all wavy and stretched out. Didn’t smell good either. My husband went to ask for an extra towel because there was only 2 in the room and the rude guy at front counter said they weren’t aloud to give any out. He finally gave him an extra one so when we were checking out I brought my dirty towel (per his request) back to the at the front desk. Different guy than my husband had but just as rude!! We have stayed in this hotel before many times and never had an issue! New management? Idk but will never go back!!!

The staff doesn’t even look at you or great you other than Bethany, who is very sweet. The breakfast sucks, it’s a sorry excuse for continental and the breakfast area had a/c on full blast and when asked to turn it down, they got rude and tried to say it was at 75(not true). The swimming pool and hot tub are way over chlorinated to the point of causing rashes and trouble breathing. If you ask for water, they comp you a few.
