Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, personnel très sympathique, hôtel face à la mer, restaurant de l'hôtel très bon, ville de Rodney à côté à pied, cadre idéal, juste équipements de la chambre un peu vieillot

Great location. Fun activities at resort and easy to book tours. Shuttle into Gros Inlet was convenient.

The staff was excellent ,professional and warm. I will definitely return best part it’s St. Lucian owned and you get an authentic experience.

This was an amazing hotel. The staff were as friendly as they get. The food was delicious and lots of variety. The drinks were plentiful and the local rum is delicious. During the day this is where you want to be. The beach is what you’d want a Caribbean beach to be. Lounge chairs for you, water activities galore, everyone comes here during the day. I recommend booking day trips thru the hotel staff as they know everything you need and have the connections. At night it quiets down and is extremely safe and quiet.

We had a fun week here with family. Food was terrific! Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of water park and water toys at the resort. Looking forward to going back soon.

No one greets you on arrival nor do they help you with your bags. Checked in and there were no towels in the room. Staff are not friendly at all. Curlis was the only friendly member of their staff. Wasn’t the best experience at all.

This hotel is a gem! Located directly on the beach in a very walkable area with numerous restaurants and bars around. The hotel is exactly as the pictures on the website… it’s pristine and the rooms are huge and modern and have everything you could possibly need. The staff are 5 star at this resort… from the front desk, to the beach staff (who set up your beach chairs and umbrellas and also provide food and drink beach service). The restaurant staff are truly amazing… they are courteous and super attentive. We loved that they took such pride in decorating the restaurant each night. We happened to have been there for Valentine’s Day and they went above and beyond to make every guest feel so special. Special mention to Harmony at the restaurant. The food each day and night was amazing!! Kudos to the chefs We have been to St Lucia a few times but this was the first time staying here and would definitely choose this hotel again as my top choice in St Lucia. Other hotels that are 5 star on the island could learn a lot from this hotel… Bay Gardens Beach Resort is the epitome of 5 star service!

Sheets and towels need to be renewed. Bathroom need bars. Breakfast was delicious, but the other meal was very cold.

Great small hotel with nice staff , beach front and EXCELLENT restaurant ( with so much class and variety, you don't need other options). Cozy beach that can get overcrowded with visitors from cruises but amazing location never the less. Part time hjkids club...allo
