半月飯店(Hotel Media Luna)

Muy bien ubicada en el centro de San Pedro, Tlaquepaque.

No me percate de que no tiene elevadores. Las habitaciones estan muy pequeñas. La cercania al Parian esta bastante bien, pero el ruido hasta altas horas de la noche es insoportable. Pequeño, pero acojedor y limpio.

Te ofrecen un desayuno ligero

El hotel esta súper ubicado, tiene buena decoracion, la atencion del personal es con muy buena actitud, tienen detalles en la habitacion como Shampoo, jabon y agua. El área comun cuenta con mesas, pero no está ambientado y dan mal aspecto. POCA SERIEDAD en la prestacion del servivio, se observa que son familia que se acicalan, se dan masajes, unos a otros; mas parece que invadía su espacio personal, eran varias personas, todas con buena actitud hscia el huesped (yo). El frente del hotel es muy austero y nada agradable. El precio es alto para la poca formalidad en la prestacion del servicio. Las habitaciones estan aceptables, el contexto no.

La llegada fue muy sencilla,la ubicación es genial ya que está en el centro. Las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho, la atención es muy agradable. El auto se tuvo que dejar en un estacionamiento particular ya que el hotel no cuenta con uno propio. Todo fue excelente ,muchas gracias.

I want to start with, I never leave reviews. However, I feel compelled to after staying at Hotel Media Luna. First, we chose this hotel based on the ******* rating of 4.1 out of 5. Well, I wouldn't even give them a 2. Second, the rooms are incredibly small. You open the door and the door almost hits the bed. Also, you have to sit sideways on the toilet because the bathroom wall is so close. You almost have to go outside to change your mind. We actually had to move to 3 rooms because of issue that kept popping up. The first room the shower spit at you and no hot water. The second room, the electricity went out on that side of the hotel and they couldn't provide us a time when it would be fixed. The third room was right above the main plaza so sleeping was a problem until around 3am when the partying stopped. Keep in mind, we were the only guests at the hotel for the majority of our stay which was 4 nights. On the last day another couple arrived. To add insult to injury, the housekeeping asked us one of the days if she wanted us to clean the room? Unbelievable.. Needless to say, we will never stay at Hotel Media Luna again and we are warning all our friends and family.

This hotel is located at the very convenient place. The shops and restaurants are very close here. The bed cover was very cute. The stuffs were very friendly. Most of the things were very good. But rooms are on the 2nd floor and they don't have the elevator and at the night(especially on Saturday) it was very noisy outside, live music and loud music of cars.

Perfect location. Although in centro, still quiet. Friendly staff. Rooms can have a little make over. Plus they are really small. For one night it should be fine though.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Right in the Middle of Tlaquepaque. Staff were wonderful, clean room and comfortable beds. The only thing is that we were right next to the check in desk and it got loud starting at 5am so it made it hard to stay asleep. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
