海牙弗萊徹市飯店(Fletcher Stadshotel Den Haag)

근처에 맛집거리도 있고 규모가 꽤 큰 알버트하인도 있고 위치는 좋습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 친절하셨구요. 히터도 금방 따뜻해져서 훈훈한 기운이 금방 돌더라구요. 그런데 룸 청소시에는 바닥 청소만 한 것 같고 침구류도 전에 쓰던 것을 그대로 정리만 해놓았고 욕실 바닥도 그대로였어요. 게다가 수건도 안 채워놓으심..

Ich habe dieses Hotel Wegen der Lage gebucht. Sehr praktisch. Die Ausstattung und Service waren ganz ok.

Vriendelijke ontvangst door receptie ,simpel maar verder prima kamer ,heerlijk ontbijtbuffet.

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, pluspunt voor een parkeerplaats op de privé parking. de kamers zijn netjes doch wat verouderd, zeker de badkamer. Toch een goede ervaring, dicht bij het vredespaleis en het centrum van Den Haag is op loopafstand. Ook openbaar vervoer is dichtbij. Een aanrader om Den Haag te bezoeken.

Fantastic hotel, kind staff gave us directions to a nice nearby restaurant, 24hour doorman perfect when going out for the night, nice breakfast wide variety of food, everything was clean, finally a hotel with a decent mattress, would definitely recommend 👍

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet; there was no street noise. There wasn't a lot of extra space in the room. The sink faucets were difficult to turn on and off. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The cleaning people were pleasant and did a good job cleaning. The location was good. It was close to the bus stop and to the tram.

I was shocked when I entered my bedroom: old, wretched and dirty carpet, broken and dirty furniture, curtains impossibile to describe, Had I arrived earlier (I checked in at past 11 pm) I would have certainly refused to stay. I find it sincerely incredible that it is rated "4 star"! I cannot believe that the pictures published are real: my experience and my pictures are totally different.

Very comfortable room with a double bed, kettle, tea & coffee supplies, so important for a tea drinker like me. A good choice of hot & cold from the reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Staff on reception were friendly & helpful, allowing me safe storage for my luggage when I arrived in the morning, & providing me with milk & tea bags. That is my only gripe, actually, that the tea & milk weren't replenished on my 2nd day, apart from several sachets of Earl Grey, (which I can't stand) so I had to ask downstairs. The breakfast waitress & the cleaner deserve a mention, especially as the guest in the room next to mine was so obnoxious, yet they stayed polite & calm!

Friendly and helpful reception staff that made you feel welcome. Room was spacious and the bath ,an added bonus. Disregarded the age and damage to the carpet....it was clean and did not lessen my overall experience.
