La habitación estaba sucia con polvo en los muebles y la alfombra sin aspirar las sábanas de las camas con cabellos y una tenía un pedazo de jabón de barra pegado, cuando hice check-in me dijeron que el desayuno era de 6am a 10am y cuando fuimos al desayuno eran las 9:40 am y ya lo habían recogido y nos dijeron que era hasta las 9:30am no se quien estaba mintiendo.

Checking in was not friendly or accommodating. Before us a 90 year old woman had difficulties with her key getting in her room. Front desk was very dismissive so my husband went to help her. Also the maintenance in room has been neglected. It was a handicap room that was very unsafe even though we were not handicapped. Never will stay here again…

The room we stayed in smelled terribly like bleach like they were trying to cover something up we had to air out our room for 3 hours and still you could smell bleach so intensely the beds are so uncomfortable and the blankets are cheap and thin I will never ever stay here and I will tell everyone about this this hotel sucks save your money and go elsewhere

Upon pulling up the knob to get shower to engage, the handle would not allow most of the water to go into shower head, I got barely any water and it was just warm, no hot water. Is it too much to expect a clean hood bed and shower; apparently so

They did have a nice smoking area The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired we killed 3 bugs while we were staying one night the lock on our door wouldn't open when we try to get in our room every time

We appreciate the friendly service and clean facilities. But not having secured Wi-Fi and waiting minutes for hot water was a pain. When on the property, our phones couldn’t connect to any cell service.

The staff was friendly and helpful
The rooms were clean. The only problem there was was no table and chairs to sit at in the room. A desk chair and the beds was all there was to sit and or eat.

On Hwy so noisy. some yelling in the morning when trying to sleep in. Also looked like property is in transition. Seems many areas were closed off, like a larger room off the lobby and a gym room.

Bathtub didn’t drain, too much spray used in the rooms. Opened the door and was blasted with the smell of the spray they used after cleaning and had to open the door and windows to get rid of the smell
