Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Very good breakfast extremely friendly people clean hotel but my room was located to close to the exit door and it was very loud starting at 5am.

I travel often with my company and we use, basically, one hotel group. That hotel that I used before was full and the other hotels within the group had mediocre reviews that left me to look around. Glad I did, your hotel was clean, great personal, great pricing and easy parking...I will use this hotel for all my upcoming future travels in that area.

Chateau Bedford is my go to hotel and I will always recommend them. From the free breakfast to the amazing staff, I always love my stay. We even had an air purifier! I’m all about cleanliness and this was an amazing add-on

Great hotel, nice big room (suite), it could have used a sink outside of the washroom as many do now. Bed was comfortable, sleep well. Smart TVs would have been nice, many cheaper properties have them now. Breakfast was reasonably well done.

I asked for a quiet non pet friendly room. I was placed next to the gym where i had people running on the treadmill at 6:30 next to my head. The room had a unpleasant smell as if pets were in this room. I was assured my room wasn't a pet friendly room. Both mornings i was also woken by dogs barking in the next room.

The staff from the second I walked in (30 minutes before my check in time) till the time we left greeted us with smiles and can we help. The breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back!!!

This is NOT a four star property or even remotely close. I used to work at a Howard Johnson in highschool and it was reminiscent of this. The room smelled revolting (smoke, air fresheners to attempt to cover it up, musty and damp), the bathroom was unclean, everything is completely dated and covered up. To top it all off, the mattress was old and lumpy! We arrived at 1am. Had it been earlier and had we not been exhausted from just driving 18 hours, I would have left immediately. Breakfast had numerous terrible options. Just make fewer thing and do something right. I was really misled by all the previous reviews and really wish somehow had left something accurate.
