下龍市飯店

mình ra hạ long lần nào cũng book khách sạn này để ở. rất thích cách phục vụ của nhân viên và cách nói chuyện của anh quản lí. vị trú khách sạn ở trung tâm thành phố nên rất gần các khu vui chơi hay địa điểm du lịch nổi tiếng. bộ phận lễ tân cũng hay gợi ý địa điểm nên đến cho mình, điều này khiến mình cảm thấy chuyến đi của mình được trọn vẹn hơn.

飯店2023開幕，設施新穎、乾淨整潔舒適。 住在24樓樓層高空景觀看著下龍灣🥰，一早可看見美麗的下龍灣景色，到了晚上又是另一種氛圍的下龍灣，真的～很美～😍！ 25樓無邊際泳池與高空酒吧，不一樣的感受😍！很推薦來住上一晚。 早餐一般，菜色要是能再豐富一點的話，就更棒了！ 服務人員能說中文，自由行很方便👍！ 期待下次再入住😊！

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, The rooms were very neat and clean, location was good, walking distance from sunworld Halong, the lady (Owner/Manager) was very nice and helpful. She prepared delicious fried noodles for breakfast upon our request as we are vegetarians. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's worth the money and you can walk around Halong.

這家酒店令人驚歎,房間,景色,食物和工作人員都是5星級。Trang太棒了,幫助我們提出了城市去哪裏的建議,我們非常高興。他們毫不猶豫地多次爲我們換錢。幫助我們組織了出租車,總的來說非常樂於助人和友好。早餐很可愛,食物種類繁多。淋浴可能是我們在越南的最好的熱水壓力很大,一塵不染。

Great experience. 免費升級了房間，一切都很新很乾凈，工作人員都很熱情和體貼，早餐很豐盛，午餐需要付費但是也都很好吃，還會再來的

很美好的下龍灣二天ㄧ夜之旅，風景優美，飯店CP值也很高，還有世界最高的摩天輪Sun World,下龍灣是自然文化遺產，很值得來ㄧ趟下龍灣的旅程

Wir haben während unserer Vietnam-Rundreise eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Dieses Hotel liegt zentral. Fußläufig befinden sich mehrere Restaurants. Die Zimmer waren modern und gepflegt. Wasserflaschen, Wasserkocher und Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

We came just for two nights and were a bit irritated on the first evening. The pool had loud Vietnamese kids without an adult around and the hotel staff wasn’t interested in either handing out towels or calming down the kids. One of our rooms had a problem with the lights in the bathroom and with the switches. At the end of the day we wanted a drink at the bar but even though this is a four star hotel, there is no bar. Unfortunately the lady at the reception didn’t really understand us. The next day the manager took note and had fixed what could be fixed. They apologized and really took our problems serious. We felt appreciated although some things cannot be changed. The rooms itself are new and clean. We had inside lying rooms which blocked off the noise from the streets but but not from the screaming Vietnamese kids playing inside the staircase.
