Again, we like its WiFi, not just having but good in transmission rate. Of course, free car park is also a must in Canada.

Great location to check out Hess Village. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.

It is a brand new hotel. Everything was excellent.

Fui con amigos a presenciar el partido de las Chivas vs Forge, nuestra reserva comenzaba el día 6, pero por temas en vuelos llegamos hasta la madrugada del 7, ya no querían respetar nuestra reservación y empezaron a cuestionar si llegábamos a Canadá para quedarnos a trabajar y por qué no estaba sellado el pasaporte jajajaja, sentimos claramente un tema de discriminación, al final nos dieron la habitación pero fue una mala experiencia.

The hotel is very clean and still has a new smell. Rooms were nice and it was quiet at night. We had to leave for an early flight and the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. We were way too early (5AM) for the included breakfast but were offered a "To Go' breakfast with bagel, cream cheese and fruit. Nice extra a 5AM!! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with our hockey team, Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The section of town is on the brink of turning around with plenty of food choices in walking distance. The parking as stated is not included in price, breakfast was better than most free breakfast la I’ve had at other hotels. Would recommend staying here again.

This hotel is just over a year old and still looked and smelled new. We chose it because of an indoor pool and the later than usual check out time of 12:00 pm. There was a single front desk attendant and a long line formed at check-in time. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order for our stay. We were told that we could use the one at a sister hotel that was a "short walk away"- totally missing the point of an on site pool. The 11th floor, corner room had lovely views and was clean and fresh. Lighting was poor for reading on the sofa. The breakfast space was large and lovely and had a variety of seating including booths, tables and a bar type overlooking a street view. However, food quality and selection was poor compared to other "breakfast included" places I've stayed. The bacon and scrambled egg containers were allowed to be empty. Scrambled eggs were yellow but otherwise did not taste or resemble real scrambled eggs. The bacon was undercooked. Everything you use is garbage-plates, cutlery, cups. How out of touch is this, especially for a new facility and one that promotes "green" practices in the room. The knives were so flimsy you could barely spread butter. Is it really too much to provide real tableware? Parking is underground and is spacious and well lit. The $15/night cost is only revealed by drilling down on website amenities. All in all, this stay was only memorable for its disappointments.
