The room is very clean and have nice view of the lake. The swimming pool is small but it is enough.

We had a great time during our weekend here! We were given a lake view room, the room was clean and up to date. Staff was always present and ready to assist with whatever. And not once did I have to interrupt a staff member from their cell phone conversation or social media browsing... because they weren't constantly on their phones. And not once did I have to ask a staff member to repeat what they said because I couldn't understand them the first time. Breakfast was ok, standard continental fare, but the two mornings we were there, the hot food served was different each day, not the same as the day before. This was our 2nd stay here, and will definitely be at the top of our list for future visits to the finger lakes region.

We have stayed here several times and we keep coming back. Friendly, accommodating staff, beautiful view, clean as can be. Pool/hot tub/fitness center area is kept clean and it's obvious that the hotel staff pays attention to it. We love it here and will continue to stay here on our Finger Lakes getaways.

It is a nice clean facility at the top of the lake. It has a lovely lake view. We sat outside around the gas fire pit. The one dissapointment was that the hot tub in the pool area is out of service. The inet log in is tricky and the risk is you could get charged. If you are not a "Hilton member" you are asked to join or risk being charged for inet. You can get it for free but need to check with front desk first.

We had a premium room “lake side with a patio”- which included an obstructed view of the lake by the building itself. On our lakeside “patio”, all of the air conditioning and heating units were a part of the ambiance. The room itself was okay although the USB chargers were fully dismantled (missing) so we weren’t able to charge the phones. Staff was friendly and helpful. The luxury room and the hefty price tag, definitely NOT worth it.

The staff was extremely courteous. The included breakfast was very average but the food in the small restaurant for dinner was exceptional and the entertainment was really good. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was big and pretty well laid out. Wish there were more hooks for wet towels when you have more than one person in a room. It had a slight musty smell but not terrible. Would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend - stunning view, situated right on the lake, with a nice lounge and restaurant, a huge patio with fire pit, and outdoor dining spaces. The staff are friendly and accommodating without being intrusive and the food was great! Included breakfast offered many choices.
