A wonderfully cosy, super clean little chalet in the heart of Hanmer Springs and within easy walking distance of the hot pools. Great comfortable beds and very friendly managers. We keep coming back every year. And hopefully nothing will change!

A lovely peaceful environment with well spaced individual wood cabin style units. Very clean and well appointed, we enjoyed our two night stopover. A recommended place to stay. We would gladly visit there again. During our stay the electric power supply failed for around 12 hours during daylight hours and the proprietor was very helpful in supplying alternative hot water to make tea and coffee.

Loved the peace and quiet of being in separate chalets rather than having neighbours right next door.

Chalets Motel is excellent for a family, each Chalet is stand alone, self contained with everything a family needs to be self sufficient, excellent top notch service, our family loved it , and a quick walk to the super market, hot pools and restaurants puts this accommodation at the top of our list as a family of five for Hanmer. Well done team Hanmer Chalets! we will be back on our annual visits.

Our 2 bedroom chalet was perfect for our family of five. Kids all in own bedroom with 3 x single beds, all with reading lights over the beds. Our room had double bed plus space in wardrobe to store suitcases. Full kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave that we used each day, and very helpful hosts with information and chalet supplies. Newspaper on our doorstep each morning. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant all around. The four star rating is due to the uncomfortable bed which was a little rocky. The mattress was hard. The sheets were a little rough.

Old, strange smelling. The layout is like a rabbit Warren. Block out curtains are good if you want to sleep in. Close to town restaurants. Close to Hanmer hot springs. Lots of takeaway and restaurants nearby. Laundry facilities if you pay extra

Lovely quiet site. View was amazing. Great service. The only down side was the water pressure in the shower was very low.

The Chalets Motel are the perfect hide away. Nestled among trees within close proximity to Hanmer village & Hot pools. These chalets are cosy, wonderful comfortable beds and pillows. Everything is provided including a decent size fridge. Waking up to beautiful views in the morning to hearing the birds sing in the trees. I have been to Hanmer several times and this is by far the best accommodation we have had. Certainly will be returning.
