Great place! Love everything about it except the shower pressure is quite low. Also the water seems soapy? Would be better if hair conditioner is provided. Very quiet stay and nice space!

Good place for Hanoi standards, comes with kitchen and tools. Good position at walking distance from main attractions. Slightly noisy but acceptable for Hanoi.

Nice cozy hotel. Downside is the location - it’s in one of the small alleys and was difficult for almost all the grab drivers to navigate. And more importantly, we didn’t realized that check-in is until 6pm daily only. We arrived after that and there were no staff to help us check-in. Luckily, one of the guest in the hotel happened to be there and helped us out. Also, hotel did not inform us after we booked or anything.

Pros: cleanest room within centre area, nicest staff and host, cozy design, safe neighborhood, sexy bathroom concept (highly recommend for couples) Cons: warm water need to get ready at least 10 minutes (waste a lot of water), location hard to find, often fully booked Definitely comeback!

Great service apar**ent. Spacious and clean. Towels, toiletries provided. Kitchen with induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, pan, plates and bowls, cutlery. Wish they had a washing machine in the room. But the do provide washing services for a small fee. Wardrobe comes with a few hangers and iron too. More hangers would be good, rack in the toilet to put toiletries. Towel rack would be good too. Power outlets suitable for all types of plugs. Shower head angle is too high and in a weird position. But overall still good. Hope this in depth review helps (:

We arrived at the hotel at about 7pm and no one was at the reception desk. No information was given to us prior to arrival on contact or check-in information. We were practically left stranded with no way of getting help. Luckily another couple was there at the same time and could somehow contact the hotel staff after 30 mins. The gates and doors were open remotely and we practically checked ourselves in on our own. If you need any help for the room, you have to wait until 9am the next day to get help. We almost had to find ourselves another hotel room to stay for the night. Though the hotel is relatively new and clean, being left stranded is definitely a bad hotel experience. No one was there when we checked out either~

We had two excellent stays at Bi Ecosuites in Hanoi! The owner was extremely responsive through ******* and all of the staff were very accommodating throughout our time there. We stayed here for 2 nights in a Junior Suite before heading up to Sapa for 3 nights. We then came back to Bi Ecosuites for an additional 3 nights after our trip to Sapa. When in Sapa, the property held some bags for us free of charge in a secure closet, which made our trip to Sapa very stress-free. When we came back to Bi Ecosuites after Sapa, we found our bags were already delivered to our room! Additionally, Bi Ecosuites worked closely with us as we added nights to our booking and did some rearranging to allow us to stay in the same room for those additional nights. In summary - the staff were all very kind and accommodating throughout our stays. The rooms were excellent - very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom and kitchenette worked well and we enjoyed utilizing all these amenities. My partner and I are both working while traveling and found the room to be a very good place to work - decent wifi and comfortable work spaces. It's a bit away from the tourist area of Old Quarter, but we really enjoyed that. Being tourists, we found the hectic nature of Hanoi to be fun but tiring after a long hot day. Coming back to our room at Bi Ecosuites with good AC and quiet surroundings felt like a reprieve from Hanoi's craziness! I can't say enough good things about this place!

I stayed at the B Ecosuite hotel for two nights and I was very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and design of the room. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist style that creates a relaxing a**osphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and safe, but also close to the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a real value for money, especially considering the quality of the service and the facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, cozy and affordable place to stay in Hanoi. It is one of the best hotel room I have ever stayed at, and I usually stay at 4-5 stars hotels.

I stayed at Bi Eco Suites for a total of 6 nights. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. It is somewhat slightly difficult to find - the cab driver from the airport had problems and subsequently everyone else who were to pick me up etc. However, I quite liked that I was far enough from the Old Quarter that it wasn’t really loud, and close enough to walk there easily. The rooms are brilliant. Well equipped and spotless. I loved my time here. If I were to stay in Hanoi again, I’d absolutely be staying here!
