河內飯店

1.酒店還不錯，適合旅遊和出差。 2.距離景點也不是很遠，但是附近沒啥便利店，距離比較遠。買水果的地方距離也比較遠。門口水果店的水果太貴了，別問我怎麼知道的。😂😂 3.周邊吃飯比較單一，到處都是河粉，但是味道不是特好好吃，但是可以定外賣。 以下圖片的食物，味道還不錯。

This is a small family-owned hotel. We reserved a room with two beds, but were initially offered one with a one bed. We had to ask for a room change, which may have often happened from reviews of other people. The two-bed room was somewhat large and clean. Amenities were basic. Bathroom was a bit challenging: we did not dare take a shower, but my child did and said it was okay. Toilet had no problem. Hot water was readily accessible. Breakfast was personally cooked and nicely done with egg, buttered bread, and some vegetables (tea was nice). The family seems to raise a herd of chickens. Very early in the morning after perhaps 6 AM or even before, a rooster crowed for about two hours every 30 second, and we had to be up. Well, it is nature and I have no complaint about this. The hotel views a big open field where the chicken herd as well as horses was enjoying the meal. Best part was that we were able to walk to the hotel and took about 15 minutes from the international terminal, although it was a bit treacherous along the way. Getting across a wide street without any signal was a challenge, like any other in Vietnam. It was okay after we got used to it. Nothing much around the hotel. The Hanoi Airport, unlike Saigon, has really nothing in the neighborhood. I think for one night, this hotel may be okay esp. for early flights.

酒店屬於公寓式的酒店，應該是新裝修的，設備比較不錯而且需要的東西基本都有，能夠滿足基本生活需求，酒店提供一週三次免費洗衣服，我住了四天可不可以免費洗一次衣服。他們説不可以。衹能七天三次，這太搞笑了

The hotel was really near to all the places I planned to go in Bac Giang. I was totally amazed with how big and modern the hotel was when I first saw it. The neccessities inside was extremely beautiful as well, you have to go to the roof top pool if you come here, so cute.

酒店非常乾淨大氣， 泳池景色非常好， 早餐異常豐富， 出品佳，2星的價格，6星的享受； 按摩也好正宗；酒店安排的下龍灣郵輪遊，簡直超乎想象的豪華，隨便拍就出片，尊貴旅程，幾百塊即可擁有。 tout parfaitement !!! Everything is perfect! The staffs are super helpful and hospitality. Breakfast and the swim-pool is outstanding! We booked 1 night and stay 3more nights at the end.

Stayed here for two nights as a Bonvoy Titanium. The Sheraton accommodated us in a standard river view room on the first night, and upgraded us to an Ambassador Suite for the second night. Notwithstanding the suite upgrade, we elected to check out early (original reservation was for three nights) given that the rooms were very old with thin walls and did not provide for a good night's sleep. We found the Sheraton to be poor value for money, with a price point that was not commensurate with its hard product. For example, the beds in both the standard room and premium suites were hard. However, the showers were newly refurbished and had good water pressure. The furniture was old and the entire property had a classic look and feel with dark lights in both rooms and public areas. Even the Ambassador suite we moved into was quite run down, albeit spacious. There was a pesky feature where the air conditioning units activated at different times, creating air vacuums that resulted in interior doors knocking against their frames which disrupted sleep. The walls were also paper thin and we could hear an argument from a guest next door. Based on hard product alone, I would give the Sheraton 2*. The last time I stayed in a Sheraton that was so old and run down was the Sheraton Libertador in Buenos Aires which lost its flag soon after. But the property made up for the weak hard product somewhat with good service. This was true especially at the Club Lounge which also had a good F&B spread. Tuan at the front desk worked hard to make a suite available for our stay and was successful in moving us on the second night. He hoisted in my observation that colleagues told me that the Sheraton Hanoi was old but typically made up for it by having spacious suites for Titanium/Amb upgrades. While we did not get a suite for the first night, we were pleased to be able to see what the Sheraton had to offer on the suite front for the second night. On balance, we wouldn't return to a standard room at the Sheraton for the typical asking price of around USD200+. We moved to the Pan Pacific for our last night which we found to be more conveniently located and also significantly better value for money, even though I'm a GHA mid-tier member rather than top-tier. I understand the Sheraton Hanoi is planning a multi-year upgrade to both exterior and interior facilities. This cannot happen soon enough. I look forward to returning when the refurbishments are complete.

工作人員都很好,房間乾淨舒適。我在這家酒店玩得很開心。位置很方便在老城區....預算友好...接待員ms.lieu和老闆mr。董總在那裏n非常樂於助人....女傭也非常非常包容....強烈推薦這個物業....

很好的體驗，地理位置方便，價格不貴，單間公寓，衚衕裏一直有幾十米有個菜市場，穿過去小街道超市什麼的都有。好評，必須的，再來河內還選這家

The Vacanza Premier hotel is the best hotel i have ever stay in hanoi. New Hotel,very nice room, very clean & comfortable, good location. Hotel management is very good and their service & behaviour is excellent. They tour plaining is good and price is also convenient for all people. I recommend my friends & family to stay here. Definitely i will come back and stay here.

The room has a good view and services is the best in Bac Giang city in compare with other hotels I stayed before. My room has kitchen, a equipped kitchen but I was so busy, plus there are 3 restaurant, one in the 1st floor, 2 others are about 50m so I tried them all. Delicious.
