Rooms are clean but the hallways are not. Love the hot tub though and it’s not that far from French quarter

Está al otro lado del Río, pero compramos pases para transportarnos por autobús, tranvía, ferry (diario por persona $6.00). En la administración del hotel nos ayudaron a tener los itinerarios, pero ustedes pueden obtenerla para su móvil en tiempo real. El desayuno tiene un menú de tres dias siguientes. La limpieza del hotel es diaria. Las instalaciones (aunque no son nuevas) están en buenas condiciones. El bar es una opción si no quiere salir del hotel, pero con horario limitado. Hay opciones cerca del hotel como un muy buen restaurante (New Orleans que está cruzando la calle), farmacia, tienda de autoservicio, y otros restaurantes. La parada de camiones están cruzando la calle. El hotel tiene mucha seguridad con cámaras y personal por la noche. Áreas de oportunidad (habitación 112) los colchones de la cama es momento para cambiar. ABSOLUTAMENTE RECOMIENDO el hotel y volvería a hospedarme.

The night clerk was less than helpful. I did not care for his attitude when I asked for new bedsheets since the house keeping staff did not put any on the other room's bed I had booked. I kept telling him it was for the other room I booked and not the room I was calling from. When we got back, there were queen bedsheets in our bedroom when we needed king sheets for the other room!

There is no way to charge devices as the plugs did not work in the room. The appliances did not work, namely the refrigerator. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed they had someone serving so not to worry about kids playing over the food. The hotel was really far from New Orleans but it was close enough to not complain. Very expensive for the type property and the issues that came with it.

Was worried by looks of surrounding area, but hotel was nice. The only complaints were that the pool was closed & I wish the jacuzzi had smaller steps on 1 side for mobility challenged guests. Staff was friendly. Lobby smelled wonderful & I would love to know what they used. Barrow’s restaurant is phenomenal

This is definitely a location that I will visit in the future! The location is excellent in regards to shopping and restaurants. There is a restaurant next door that delivers as room service. The room was comfortable with great amenities. The downside was that the bathroom door did not close, and the elevator stopped working. We had to use the stairs.

Lovely hotel, felt safe and secure. However, we were there at the same time as the Canadian Military group, so there were about 75 very loud and rowdy young men and women partying in the shared courtyard until very late in the evening. Drinking, smoking, yelling. It was annoying but after a phone call to the front desk, it was eventually resolved by 11 PM. The room itself was very clean and updated. Location is great. Staff was fine.

Clean and comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful. Nice pool, jacuzzi, and outside bar. Breakfast had hot and cold options. The restaurant next door is great. Very comfortable beds.

Let me start by stating the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She made us feel welcomed, and even shared some insight of gorgeous places to visit while in town. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was pleasant. It was clean and comfortable. The property was clean and felt safe. This was my 2nd stay. I will definitely be booking again. Gorgeously decorated front desk for the Mardi Gras holiday as well.
