Room was not clean, someone’s dirty clothing was left in the room even after room was supposedly cleaned. Front desk staff was very rude. But other than that, I had a good experience, ****** right next door, plus multiple restaurants. ****** staff was amazing.

I was upset that the hotel didn't have a microwave. I was unable to heat up leftovers. I also didn't like the customer service. Cleaning staff didn't clean our room the entire stay, nor offered towels or other items. They also didn't have a pool as stated and no food to purchase during breakfast hpurs.

The room keys kept messing up. Staff blamed it on cell phone interference, but the keys were not close to our phones. Three of our keys got erased. The hotel is not very kid-friendly, the restaurants have kid menus or allow them to be inside.

It looked nothing like the photos. The rooms are nothing like the photos and first getting to the room the cable was pulled out of the room, no hand towels, and the hallways and carpet in rooms looked dirty.
