萊吉登斯飯店(Residence Hotel)

Впечатление двоякое. Номер грязный, в ванной плесень, окна грязные, очень уставший номер, душевая поломанная, в номере: жидкое мыло, фен, чай, кофе, чайник и холодильник. Воду можно налить на 1 этаже. Пляжные полотенца выдают. На рецепшен дамы смотрят на тебя как на должника. Порадовала только кухня отеля: питание отличное, всего много, официанты молодцы, все чисто, аккуратно, вежливый менеджер, профессионал своего дела!

L accueil à l’hôtel est déplorable . Pour le reste le personnel , notamment du restaurant , fait de son mieux mais très clairement n est pas formé. L hôtel est très bien placé mais c est tout . Dommage

I arrived at residence hotel Netanya on 3rd december and the first clean of my room was 3 days later, but call clean this is something impossible. For all my permanency here my room never been cleaned, just made up the bed. I was in the hotel with half board trea**ent, the service of the waiters was something never seen in the world (I travel all the year for work), this mens treats the guests like as if they were animals. The worst thing happened here was one day waiter torn the dish from my hand only because was not the big one but small one. The 1 star is only for the view from the room to the sea. Terrible experience in Netanya

Séjour horrible Heureusement que c’était pour une seule nuit La chambre côté rue est hyper mal insonorisée Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit La salle de bain très vieille et très petite. Il y avait un savon utilisé par les client précédent dans la douche et pas de savon à notre disposition dans la salle de bain. Pas de prise près des tables de nuit C’était la nuit de notre anniversaire de mariage pour nos 30 ans. Au petit déjeuner les employés du service se servent à manger en même temps que le service et s’installe pour manger comme les clients On s’en souviendra Hôtel à éviter absolument

L’hôtel prend plus de réservations qu’il n’a de places disponibles et ensuite débrouillez vous car ce n’est pas leur problème. Si vous faites la moindre réclamation vous les emmerdez. Personnel odieux, antipathique et grossier. Les repas sont dégueulasses et le service est lamentable. Un établissement qui gagnerait à fermer ses portes. A fuir !!

I recently stayed at Hotel Residence in Netanya and I was extremely disappointed with the room I received. The pictures and descriptions provided by the hotel were completely misleading, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon arrival, I had high expectations based on the beautiful pictures I had seen online. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I had anticipated. The room I was given was nothing like the advertised photos. It was smaller, outdated, and lacked the promised amenities. The discrepancy between the pictures and the actual room was undeniable. The decor was worn out, the furniture was outdated, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The room felt cramped and uncomfortable, and it did not provide the relaxing and enjoyable environment I had been expecting. I raised my concerns with the hotel staff, hoping for a resolution or a possible room change. However, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. They seemed indifferent to my concerns, which only added to my disappoin**ent. I believe it is necessary for hotels to accurately represent their rooms in their advertising materials. Guests should be able to trust that what they see online is what they will actually receive. This experience has left me questioning the transparency and integrity of Hotel Residence.

it is a nice property unfortunately there was no parking and had to park on the street. clean room and amazing view of the ocean.

I loved the view in front of the main beach. Access to the beach is right next to the hotel
