很棒的小酒店，房間寬敞，設施很多，非常乾淨，地理位置優越，一定會再次預訂！

作為第二選擇，雖然不是我自己的錯，但工作人員非常熱情，住得很愉快

Booked to stay last night , turned up with in the allocated time slot , no one answers door , no one answers phone , agent tryed ringing as well and no reply so waited outside in rain 30 mins then had to book else were , this hotel should not take bookings they can’t honour ! Avoid

Good location, paid £8.50 extra for breakfast. Advised breakfast was served 8am to 9:30am Room very cold on arrival, did not get warm until late evening. Not helped by large window not closing properly so gap letting cold wind in. Had to use towels to try and close the gap. Went down for breakfast at 8am, no one around, waited until 8:40 when owners arrived. Apologised for delay -would have been polite to let me know no one would be available until that time.

This hotel is run by a lovely couple/family who have been established here for 8 years. Made me very welcome from the outset and shared a pint or two at the local pub with the proprietor at the Tower pub thankfully only 100 foot away!!! They do cream teas that are open to the public as well and the Carrott cake is to die for.... After first sampling the Victoria sponge and lemon drizzle as well. Breakfast was amazing and with good ingredients sourced. Room was lovely with lovely maintained gardens.... There was a bonfire in the garden as it was autumn which I so desperately wanted to light and re kindle nostalgic childhood memories.... Of bonfire night. Thanks goes to my accommodating friendly hosts and I would without question definitely stay here again if in this area. A rare gem in a commercially driven world.

4 poster bed!! has the hooks & runner at the top ready for curtains!! Bed whilst comfy, the bedding needs replacing. Pillows need replacing (couldn't use greasy feel & lumpy) Furry throw, not necessary, felt like it needed a visit to the dry cleaners. Breakfast lovely. Great dinner at the Thai restaurant at the bottom of the road.

Unfortunately the twin room we stayed in (number 6) was very damp smelling, and affected my breathing, the mattress was old and sagged in the middle, meaning I woke up with a bad back. The carpet was also very dirty. I spoke with the manager and as there were no rooms available, offered to refund the second night if we could find alternative accommodation (we couldn’t). As we checked out, she offered us a free breakfast, which we declined as we were already on our way out. All in all, for the price of £150 for two nights, excluding breakfast, it was very poor value for money.

Stayed her about 5 times in the past for one night stays. I arrive about 6pm and go at 4am for work. Always been happy with that and the room. Usually pay £40-£42. Stayed last night but this time it was £52 through ***********. I thought maybe an increase in price as breakfast WAS INCLUDED, made sense. On arrival a lad opened the door but not very welcoming. I asked what time breakfast was and she said ‘your room does not include breakfast’. I wa every polite and said it was and I could show her my receipt. She didn’t even want to see it and said ‘it must of been a mistake as breakfast is not included’. Again I said it was on the website of which she replied ‘was it ***********, if so it’s a mistake’. I just worked 14 hour shift and just couldn’t be bothered to argue. Their loss as I need about ten night stays a year and this was my choice. After that, I won’t go back again and will choose one on the sea front. They need to look at how they treat and talk to people.

Can’t wait to go back next year very family friendly,great service excellent breakfast before we set off very good value for money and more than anything grateful for their customers Camilla and James were fantastic hosts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from the Payne family x
