Humberto and the other staff members were very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The service was friendly, quick and accurate, and the food was fresh and tasty. This was a very pleasant evening meal experience in Havana. THANK YOU !!

這裏真的是一家非常可愛的酒店,位於哈瓦那舊城(Old Havana)中心。 我對這裏的評論是優缺點有都,這裏的有點是:(1)地理位置——這家酒店地理位置十分優越(你從房間裏可以看到革命博物館(museum of the revolution)、藝術博物館(art museum)和國會大廈(capitolio)),這家酒店裡麪還有一家旅行社。 (2)這裏的游泳池(和景色)都是哈瓦那(Havana)最棒的,而且,(3)這裏所有的員工都非常熱情,願意為你做任何事來幫助你。 這裏的缺點是:我們住在這家酒店新樓的一間房間(酒店有一棟舊樓,有一棟新樓,中間由一條走廊連接了起來)。我們的房間雖然相當寬敞,每天都有人打掃,但確實有些地方已經比較陳舊了(地毯上有污漬,等等)。此外,雖然這家酒店是五星級酒店,但也要考慮到這家酒店的大環境是位於哈瓦那(Havana)——以歐洲的標準來衡量的話,這裏頂多衹能算是3-4星級酒店(不過仍然是哈瓦那(Havana)最出色酒店之一)。

酒店地理位置很好，離景點很近，出門就有各種老爺車出租車可以打。找酒店幫忙預定出租車去Varadero也很方便。古巴物資比較匱乏，這酒店屬於條件很不錯了，前台還可以刷美國卡。 天台的泳池可以打卡周杰倫同款。

Hotel is excellent except I am disappointed in the way the luhgage storage was handled. I checkrd out on Dec 23 and left my bG there for my return check in on Dec 26. Was told by receptionist & security that i have to pay for daily storage. I made the payment and there was no receipt provided. what is worst is the baggage storage jas no tah for reclaim. what if domeone accidentally takes away my bag which is a rimowa. after i insist on docrmentation i was given a hand written note to indicate my name. For a five star hotel you should be more professional in handling this ; charging returning customers for 3 nites to store a bag when i am returning? and mo receipt after i pay? and mo collection tah for security?

Excellent stay in this hotel, excellent food, the treatment of all the staff the same in the restaurant as in the bar, in folder, very attentive security and the service was great, I remember some names like: Elizabeth, Amanda, Arocha, Cristina, Edgar, Yoan, Daylen, Nancy, etc. in order it would be to name everyone in the hotel. There is a really nice vibe I love the location. Great hospitality we got drink once we got in and the WiFi works really well! I would definitely suggest this place. The swimming pool is open so what are you waiting for!?

If you wanna visit some building without any comfort - it’s here. Unfortunately I’ve been there within two days. And all that time it was no hot water, but only promises from reception. Also booking system is fully or partially not working, ‘cause reception couldn’t find my reservation which been done a day before via there web site. Total disaster. Same as local internet as mostly interrupting and non- stable. No any chance to say that’s a 4 star hotel. Even for Havana rates. Absolutely not for 136 dollars per night for such room (actually without shower, because if no hot water) and with such arrangement. Disaster. Hell. Sadness.
