倫敦海斯希思羅機場（北 A4020）普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn London Hayes North)

Stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. Always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. On this occasion the WIFI wasn’t working which did prove to be a bit of an inconvenience but apart from that no complaints. I did leave a phone charger in the room which doesn’t seem to have been handed in.

I booked this hotel for my family due to being local to my house. Building looks very old but rooms are very well looked after. Reception stuff is amazing, very helpful and they made my family feel like at home. Thank you!

Premier Inn we were not made to feel welcome AT ALL in the premier inn Hayes Heathrow and despite saying everywhere that you’re happy to help around the clock there was literally NO ONE to speak to at the hotel except the young girl on reception who was apparently there completely alone. We complained to her at the time, spoke to the so called manager the next morning and was told someone would contact me. They haven’t. I’ve complained via the feedback form online (although you’ve made that almost impossible to find) and tried to call in vain several times. Nothing. The room we were given was disgusting and the cot we were expected to put our baby in was shocking (smears of what looked like blood on sheets, cigarette burns on the netted sides along with brown stains all over) along with many many other problems that I have photos of, we have also come away covered in bites which I have been told by a pharmacist are almost certainly from bed bugs. After paying almost £100 and having the absolute night from hell as it was too late to go to another hotel with two young children I would appreciate someone getting back to me! I’ve stayed in many many premier inns over the years and have always been happy with them, this was beyond shocking.

I’m a regular and come here often. McKenzie always remembers me and helps me,always remembers me as I’m a regular. Gloria is always available when needed of shifts also. I will always return here. Amazing staff..thank you everyone for another amazing stay. Never goes unnoticed

Never Again. I’ve been going to this Premier Inn for years, visiting my family locally. The lack of upkeep, cleanliness and elderly state of this hotel is really showing. The walls are full of mildew and has been painted over so many times, it’s embarrassing. The venue around the corner which has just opened has put the cherry in the cake for me. A big party and wedding venue, parties continuing in the hotel rooms, people running around the corridor, slamming doors, parties in rooms, banging in the room doors in the middle of the night. Nightmare. The reception was called several times and did come up to our room but we were not able to move away from the noise. We were frightened to sleep with the banging on our door and my fighter had nightmares the rest of our stay. I do not believe this is a one off event due to the venue being within walking distance. I will be travelling further when visiting the area from Lincolnshire to see my family.

Excellent Staffing. Good food the rooms are cleaned as well I would definitely recommend this hotel to my manager at work oftentimes they're looking for rooms that they can use for business meeting and family as well I really do enjoy my stay here and the food was very very good

The room was clean and comfy enough. Also the location suited us. The let down was we had paid for a twin room and paid extra for 2 single beds. We ended up getting the sofa bed set up so wasn’t impressed. I also think the parking should be included.

Her professional attitude in managing our complaint has not only resolved our concerns but also reinforced our trust in the company. Her efficient complaint handling, excellent communication skills, and unwavering commitment to maintaining our trust have left a lasting impression.

Amazing staff as always. Mackenzie and Gloria was very helpful upon check in with directions. I stay here regularly for business and the staff always deliver a great service even under pressure. Highly recommend the staff to have a second person on shift especially on Mondays every time I check in it is so busy.
