I was very surprised with this hotel I didn’t get to try the pool as I had a late check-in but the room was very modern immaculately clean the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good with several options it’s a little off putting that it is 3 different buildings so I couldn’t go strait into breakfast but other than that an outstanding experience

Our stay here was perfect! Our room was clean and very spacious. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options for guests to choose from. Location was near freeway and shopping stores. Will definitely stay here again. The only negative comment I can leave is that the entrance area to the lobby smelled like really bad body odor. Not a great first impression when checking in.

Someone needs to address the lack of marking at this hotel. No signs directing you to the front lobby or any numbers on building to help you find your room. We drove around the whole property looking for office to check in. Then went in an unmarked door, found front desk, told the clerk about our confusion they said oh yeah everyone says that. We get our keys and a map to our room, but no numbers on outside of buildings. Very confusing and would have been more difficult had it been nighttime.

The front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming. The pet friendly room was just as clean as a non-pet room would be. I've stayed in many "good hotels" where the pet rooms are dirty and worn out. The snack shop was very well stocked and breakfast the next morning was excellent. I would definitely book again.

The staff was so kind and welcoming! Check in was so quick and easy. My husband and I were stoked with how clean and nice the room was. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable but not terrible. The provided breakfast was great! Eggs and sausage were a tad dry, but the biscuits and gravy and waffles were delicious! Overall a wonderful stay and it’ll definitely be our go to next time.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Bed was clean and comfy, room set up was great! Room was not clean. Looks like drink sprayed on wall and ceiling above the bed, even on the bathroom door frame. Bathroom door frame was separated from the wall. Baseboard area in bathroom was filthy. Disappointing for the price we paid for the suite. This is the second time here. I thought the first time maybe a fluke. It looked like someone had a party in the room and there was a lot of evidence left behind. Including something stuck to the ceiling and confetti in the track of the closet. Big stain on the carpet too. They are remodeling which is needed but the room cleanliness isn’t what it should be for any hotel. I did love the two room suit, comfortable bed and the breakfast was wonderful! Staff was great too. Just felt I paid for a dirty room twice. But we ate well.
