Charged me twice for the security deposit ( $250 × 2). Very nice place, but costs more than it's worth.

once we got to our room (checked in late after 8 pm, noticed no hand soap, no body wash! Called front desk no answer, went to the front desk nobody was available to help us. While checking out we tell the front desk representative " No Soap was in the room no body wash! Reminded the representative we are members.... All the representative could say is " I'll let them know! Just awful service!!

The property looks great from the outside and the lobby is very nice, but that's where it ends. The rooms are filthy dirty, you can hear everything from outside inside your room. You can hear the TV and the people in the rooms next to you. The floors are terrible as you can hear the people above stomping around. The bathroom has toilets so low to the ground, they are for children, not adults. The drip/leak in the tub was terrible. No facial tissue in the bathroom. The staff knows nothing about events or what's going on in their city. There is only one way in and out of the hotel parking lot. It makes for a frustrating experience. The word used to describe the rooms would be "dump". On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

We have been king-term customers of both ******* and Hampton Inn for years. We’ve stayed at at least a dozen different Hampton Inns, and we’ve always had excellent service. This time, the rates were higher than usual, so I booked the non-refundable rate. Our tournament ended up getting rained out and cancelled the next day. I knew it would be non-refundable, but in the past they’ve always at least applied credit for another stay. This place refused. I politely asked for reconsideration. I politely asked for the manager and left a message. I left my name and number. I called back. She didn’t even have the courtesy to return my call. I was extremely dissatisfied with the sub-par customer service and lack of response by management here.

It was terrible. It never happened. I used your service to find a hotel in Murietta, CA and the options it gave me a hotel in Hemet, CA a town which we found out was 45 minutes away. I had to book a different room at a local hotel Hampton Inn, Murrietta. I’m outraged!!!

Staff at front desk was helpdul and nice. The hot tub water appeared murky. Also there was a very strong spot that was suctioning at the bottom of the spa that had no grate over it.
