里士滿威斯汀飯店(The Westin Richmond)

Look: we are all still experiencing the trickledown shortage of workers from this pandemic. SO, the room had super dusty vents, table, phone cords. Okay, it the first time in my 20+ stays at this particular Westin that I have experienced this. It will not prohibit me from returning. But I felt that I had to write about this. We just have to adjust, People. The breakfast was amazing. Brittany was a fabulous waiter. Hunter at the front desk exuded HOSPITALITY and made quite a positive impression. I love this hotel. I grew up in Richmond and whenever I return to visit friends and/or relatives, I am so at home here. It's a great hotel.

We checked-in only to be told hours later that we were put into the wrong room. My family was asked to pack up and move with no apology or offer to help with our luggage. We were extremely upset and disappointed with the level of customer service by the front desk staff. After discovering that our new room had no hot water we chose to leave a day early and return home than deal with the rude staff.

I have stayed here many times, knowing to request a pet-free floor as well as a connecting room. I was given both. However, this time, I don't know why but I had a terrible time with real connectivity! Attempting to have my service upgraded, I spent time on the phone, then with the front desk, and then with their IT in-house technician, and then ultimately with a toll free number. It was pathetic and extremely frustrating as I had arranged a business meeting at this particular location to work with our laptops in front of us.

The staff was very helpful in every regard. The manager was tremendous in making me feel at home.

The only problem was one of two elevators was not working causing long wait times

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and service was lovely. No hassles over Wifi or bottled water, which I really appreciated. The food in their on-site restaurant was tasty! Ample room to sit in the lobby and work or comfortably sit and chat. If I’m ever in Richmond again, I’d stay here again for sure.

Absolutely amazing! The room was fantastic and the clubhouse staff were exceptional! It was the perfect time and space. I’ll definitely be back.

I was in town for a wedding, and was very impressed. I was on the second floor which seemed like it had been renovated. It was clean, the beds were wonderful, the parking was free…I have zero complaints and would stay there again.

Flew in at Midnight and after already paying and booking for a room the staff at the front desk did not know how to work the credit card machine. Using a Corporate credit card with no pin the employee says that we must use a debit card. Never had that happen before. As I swiped the card it required a pin. Checking out the ladie was rude and would not give me a print out receipt as requested because she told me that I did not need it. Left Sunday morning to fly back home and found that they closed the restaurant so no breakfast or coffee. This was not disclosed to us prior to staying or checking in. Made it so we could not have food for the rest of the day due to a 8 hour flight. Very disappointing as we stay here every year but next year will change.
