Awesome

I was unpleasantly surprised at the condition, although the customer service was awesome i was very disappointed with the overall condition of the place, the carpet was odorous, my room door had to be forced shut d/t it sagging, the bathroom vent fan didn't work and the toilet went down very very slow, most times flushing it twice.

Room phone didn’t work. Tv could not maintain signal. Pool had a light underwater falling out of fixture. Housekeeping restriction on towels. A room that sleeps 4-5 with a family of 4 staying was only supplied 2 towels. When asked for more I was told limit of 3 and that I had to turn in dirty towels to get the 3. Not enough towels for my family.

The bed had stains and hair on it. The bathroom and living area had stains on the walls causing an excessive amount of fruit flys. Their was gum or some candy substance under the desk which melted and was all over the rug; close enough to walking where I got it all over my socks. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower did not drain. It was disgusting. For the rates they charged I was MORTIFIED. I was there for a jiu jitsu seminar and I would have been better off sleeping in my Jeep. The bar/restaurant was 1000 degrees. The food was gross and almost inedible. I asked for them to fix my room and you would never know they came in. Unacceptable

We took a long weekend away for some R&R. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and service was wonderful. The food at the Bistro and for room service was excellent. Our only complaint was the television reception. Since we had planned on “staying in “ all weekend, we had hopes of catching some movies. The tv had a mind of its own! Lol, could have been much worse.

Nice lobby but the rooms were not very updated. The shower was gross and the toilet clogged the second time it was flushed. The phone didn't work so we were unable to call the front desk. It took about 2 hours and asking multiple people for someone to finally come take care of it. Overall I didn't feel the hotel was very clean. It was a quick overnight stay while passing through town. If it was anything else, I would have packed up my family and left within minutes of checking out.
