希爾頓惠庭飯店-羅徹斯特亨裡埃塔(Home2 Suites by Hilton Rochester Henrietta)

On arrival, we were given a room different than the one booked. Had booked a room with two double beds sleeping 4, ended up with one double and a sofa bed and not looking one bit as the pictures on the website at booking so definitely not the same room... Upon bringing that up at the front desk, we were given a second room at no extra charge so kudo for that. For the rest, rooms with "full kitchen" are not 100% full kitchen as there is just a microwave for cooking something, no stovetop, no oven as you would get at homewood suites. Beds were not the bests - kind of soft mattresses. Pillows the same. Heating unit was keeping blowing hot air no matter what the set up. Breakfasts were palatable.

Front desk person on duty when we had a very late check in told us that a hockey team was staying in the hotel for the weekend and put us up on the top floor away from the majority of the group and we had a very peaceful, quiet stay. Much appreciated!

When we arrived there was obvious blood stains on one of our pillows, we asked for a new one and 2 extras and we got 3 more stained pillows, one of which had not 1 but 2 obvious blood stains on them. They gave us “brand new” pillows after that but they were flat and uncomfortable because they need time to inflate or whatever. The bathroom door was hard to open and close because there’s no handle, the microwave handle was broken. The room size is nice but overall an awful experience. This hotel needs a proper inspection.

Room was spacious, beds were on the soft side but comfortable. Our room had a weird dip where the kitchen and carpet met, that caused us to trip a fair bit. My biggest complaint would be the walls are very thin, and you can hear conversations from the next room. Earplugs are a must! Otherwise convenient location, decent budget accommodations.

Great area with many dining options and close to the highway. The staff incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Not sure what was going on in Rochester that weekend, but WOW, there were a lot of families with LOTS of little kids! At first, I was vaguely apprehensive—but this hotel is well-suited for families with kids and we very much enjoyed our stay. No noise from other rooms—it seems surprisingly well-built. Helpful and efficient front desk staff. A nice stay.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Room was huge. I would recommend this hotel.
