Hôtel de très bon standing, piscine, restauration (éviter le buffet à volonté hors de prix !) et très grande chambre Ca reste pour nous un hôtel de transition, entre deux avions et la visite de la ville

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.

Ανετο διαμέρισμα με ωραία διακόσμησή και ολες τις ανεσεις που χρειάζεσαι. Πάρκινγκ βρίσκεις ευκολα ολες τις ωρες μπροστά απο το κατάλυμα. Το μεγαλύτερο του προσόν όμως είναι η αστραφτερή καθαριότητα. Εχω μεινει σε πολλα δωμάτια και ξενοδοχεία και σε αρκετα πενταστερα. Κανένα δεν ηταν τοσο καθαρό οσο το stay365. Φυσικα δεν μπορω να μην πω για την ευγένεια και την προθυμία των εργαζομένων. Θα ξαναπαω σίγουρα.

我們很高興選擇了這些公寓,我們在赫拉克里翁住了3晚。我們是3個家庭,選擇了一臥室,一臥室套房和2間臥室。公寓非常現代,佈置完美。空調工作得很好,工作人員非常開心和樂於助人。他們可以爲我們提供儘可能多的水,我們要求,並提供有關任何東西的有用信息。位置一流,從大堂步行到赫拉克利翁的主要廣場。餐廳,商店和觀光就在台階上!我們的汽車停車是在停車場(每天8歐元)的幾個街區,有進出特權。快速5分鐘車程到渡輪碼頭。我強烈建議住在這裏,我們一定會再次入住,回到赫拉克利翁。

Schon vor der Ankunft wurden wir mit allen Informationen für unsere Anreise ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Empfang besetzt und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser zimmer war noch nicht ganz fertig, da wir etwas früher ankamen als geplant. Uns wurde für die Wartezeit ein Getränk angeboten und es gab eine schöne Sitzgelegenheit. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und für eine Nacht mehr als ausreichend. Es gab einen leckeren handgemachten Begrüßungssnack, eine schöne Flasche Wein und andere Snacks. Wasser und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine waren inklusive. Wir sind leider schon sehr früh morgens aufgebrochen zum Hafen. Jedoch haben wir unsere kurze Übernachtung hier sehr genossen. Sollten wir wieder einmal ein paar Nächte in Heraklion verbringen wollen, wird das sicher eine Anlaufstelle für uns sein.
