哈里斯堡英迪格飯店-赫爾塞(Hotel Indigo Harrisburg – Hershey)

i chose hotel as i thought it would be a new cool ihg sub brand. this is a weak, old sad days inn or similar property rebranded with a sign. design aesthetic : a barn door for bathroom and yet a 1980’s wall mounted ac unit that didnt cool very well. or quietly. the photo is of the valet trolley i used. old and gross. front desk crew cared about their phones more than customer.

Nice sized room, comfy bed, and clean. It’s right off the highway so it’s a little loud outside but not horrible. Great for a night while we continue our road trip.

The place was not very clean. I had to ask for towels none I. The room. The refrigerator wasn’t working. I asked to have another one the gentleman said they are all like that and never came back. Some kids pull the fire alarm. Noisy kids running up and down the hallway

What a wonderful stay. You have the most delightful employees! All so friendly and accomodating. The front desk gentleman who works at night, was so helpful. My flights got canceled and he made sure i was able to stay another night. Lifesaver. If im ever in Harrisburg again, im staying with you!! Thank you

The size of the suite was great. The bedroom was very large and the tv room/eating area was great. The room had a lot of bugs and creepy crawlers that was kind of an issue for us. We were going to go for a swim the night we arrived but we quickly turned back because there was a lot of dead bugs and scum on the top. The food was ok. The waitress was very kind when she came back to apologize two times for not having ingredients to make proper dishes on the menu. She gave us one of our drinks for free. She was nice and so was the receptionists. Probably wouldn't stay there again because there are so many other hotels next door

I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was difficult to check in and out, I paid extra for breakfast and they tried to charge me again for it, I was charged multiple extra times by the hotel with no explanation, asked for a manager and was told there isn't one. How does this hotel operate???

We were double charged! I paid for my wife and children to stay through ********** all good but when she got there they took the card and charged $185 My wife questioned it but they said it was just a hold and would come off but 4 days later it was not removed not pending but charged… I’m not sure what happened but I’m not very happy with either companies I’ve been silver member for the past few years so I doubt it was ********** fault but as nice as the hotel indigo was I think they screwed up. Maybe you can figure this out so I can be comfortable in booking my annual Myrtle each trip which I’ve done with ********** since 2017

hallways smelled strongly of cat urine. no hot water for first day of our stay. problem with the system. restaurant only open from 5 to 10 pm. room cleanliness not great with many dead insects around the windows and gnats in the room. seems like they rent some rooms to long term residents. pool needed cleaning. location convienient, but try somewhere else.
