萊巴嫩萬豪萬楓套房飯店-近博覽中心(Fairfield Inn & Suites Lebanon Near Expo Center)

This is a very nice hotel that is extremely clean and a very nice staff with an excellent breakfast. The shower was also incredible. There were a few things that made it less than perfect so we could not give it 5 stars. We could not turn out the light in the bathroom. We just ended up closing the bathroom door at night. We asked for two extra pillows and were told they would be sent up but never were. The lock did not work in the men's public restroom near the pool. The most disappointing part was that we think the pool was supposed to be heated and it was ice cold. We planned on spending a lot of time in it and could not use it at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was new, upgraded and beautiful. The staff was so nice. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Breakfast was also great. We liked this hotel so much we’re recommending it for our wedding party.

Our mattress protectors on both Queen Mattresses had urine and blood stains on them. Even after they replaced them reluctantly, were told that the stains are there because they couldn't get them out and confirmed that they were blood and urine.

This was a great place to stay about 15 minutes from the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Every member of this staff that I encountered was very pleasant and kind. My only gripe is that the smoke detector in the room has a bright ass green light that blinks every 3 seconds. Even my husband who normally is not phased, was bothered by the light. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The staff was also friendly and breakfast area was organized clean. Excellent stay overall.

Tonia was awesome and very accommodating! She spoke nicely to me and told me about her experience working for the corporation. We also had in common that we both relocated from our home towns and that we both lived in Philly. She has a warm welcoming beautiful smile. The manager came out to assist and he was super nice! I believe his name was Robert. There was some technical difficulties but tonia and Robert were able to fix it. Great job guys and nice teamwork! I would definitely stay there again. The room was super clean and really nice. LOVE the shower and bathroom!

Nice staff and good workout room. Rooms were clean and comfy.

There are only two negative comments I can make: the tub drain plug would not close and the indoor pool was way too cold. Everything else was top-notch!
