Clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast with no added charge, fridge and microwave near reception which I would of made use of if staying longer than 1 night. Better than what I was expecting for the price and very handy location, just 5 minutes walk from the train station

We stayed for one night, the receptionist was very helpful when we arrived. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
Breakfast was enjoyable, although there are stairs leading down to the breakfast room , I mention this as my husband isn’t to good with stairs but coped .
We have rebooked for 2 nights next month for our Granddaughter’s Graduation

Property was easy to find, well sign posted and easily identified. Parking on site was ample. Reception staff we were welcoming. In view of cost there were no frills in the accomodation, but everything that would be needed was provided and to a comfortable standard. Bedrooms, bedding and towels all very clean, and we even had a fan in view of the hot weather. Breakfast was good - cereals, fruit, yoghurt, full English, toast and marmalade. Thank you for having us.

A few negatives like no lift and no vegetarian and fresh fruit options at breakfast. Staff nice.
Location good. Not fat from railway station. Good value for money. If going to london a cheap option would be bus to Amersham and tube to london.

Fast check-in and great value. Parking great too and close to city centre. Bed comfy, bathroom fine, TV size of my iPhone. Breakfast buffet very good; oddly no one cleared any tables while I ate (only two tables occupied and half of the other 10 or so covered in breakfast dishes etc. from earlier diners)

I booked a room but I can't sleep because there are bed bucks in it. I am not happy and I wanna complain this in the morning when I was going but there is no one at the Reception. I understand, it's a bank holiday and receptionist mentioned the breakfast will be available at 8am but it is not ready at that time. I am really unhappy. Thankyou

Hotel is a bit dated and stair grips were loose and could be dangerous 😳 staff were pleasant and breakfast was lovely. Could do with a bit of tlc in stairwells but overall it was ok only stayed 1 night but had a good sleep which is important for me.
